is Unfinished tales Lost lore of Middle Earth and Unfinished tales Númenor and Middle-earth,the same book or two separate things?

Just curious, I'm purchasing more Tolkien books and I wanted to make sure I didn't buy anything twice. I realize the titles aren't the same but a few books i saw made it seem like they were the same thing. I have unfinished tales lost lore of middle earth right now, should i also buy unfinished tales numenor and middle earth or no? thank you!

The Silmarillion and Unfinished Tales, The Lost Road and Other Writings...you'll find different pairings or just alone the compiled writings that Tolkien never finished. His son Christopher did the arduous work of sorting it all and compiling it so it made sense...then published it posthumously.
