How can Voldemort know where Harry lived?

Did Voldemort know that Harry was living with the Dursleys family?
If yes, how did he know that?

Yes, he knew. We don't know how early he knew, but he certainly knew by the beginning of the seventh book. It's possible he knew as early as first year if he made Quirrell search the school records. If he didn't learn it then, he could hae discovered it after third year when Wormtail ran away from Hogwarts and joined him. Wormtail would have learnt Harry's address during the time he spent as Ron's rat, and that's something he definitely would have told Voldemort.



EDIT: In that case, Voldemort would have no way of knowing unless someone discovered where Harry was and told Voldy.

It depends where in the series you are reading; in the first, second and third book he was not really around enough to know; he was mainly focusing on how to get his body back; in the forth book, it was not relevant for him to know but he probably could have gotten the information from somewhere; and in the fifth book+ he had Severus Snape on his side, and other people in the ministry, so it wouldn't be hard for him to find out where Harry lived.
