I write novels a lot but they wont be published it's just for my own enjoyment. I was wondering what font style and size I should use, my favourite font is century gothic but i don't have it on my computer unless there is another font the same with a different name. Please do not say times new roman---I HATE that font! Would comic sans be too cheesy? Should I just stick with ariel? And what size should I do---12?? Please tell me your opinion---all answers welcome!!

If it's just for your enjoyment, then pick whatever you like to look at the most.

But if you're going to do any submitting, Courier 12 pt or Times New Roman 12 pt are the standards

the superb font for writing a distinctive is besides the fact that font you're soft writing in. the superb font for submitting a distinctive for e-e book is besides the fact that font the regulations call for. as an occasion, I hate Courier with a fondness. this is grotesque (to me) and it takes up too a lot area on the internet site. I additionally hate double-spacing--back, this is grotesque (to me) and it takes up too a lot area on the internet site. So, whilst i'm writing, I write in cases New Roman and single-area, because of the fact then i'm writing and not angsting approximately how grotesque this is. yet when I placed as much as brokers, editors, and publishers, i circulate into the formatting of the rfile and attach it to besides the fact that that agent, editor, or e-e book prefers (a large style of the time, this is Courier, double-spaced. a large style of the time). this is basically some clicks of the mouse, in spite of everything.

Whatever font and size you like and find easiest to read - if it's only for you to read, why would anyone else's opinion matter?

Even so... Comic Sans? You are kidding, right? People over the age of five use that?

Ariel is actually pretty nice i like that font

Why not Bradley Hand ITC? I love that font, it looks so elegant but at the same time readable haha.

And that front that you like why not try and download it?

I would use fsize12 and when typing 1.5 space. I think it makes it easier for people to read it. =]
