Considering the fact that J.K. herself made the quiz up, I'd say not. I know it can seem like the quiz is inaccurate, though. I got placed in Hufflepuff the first time I took it, which I didn't think fit me at all. I actually redid the quiz several times (Yes, I made that many new accounts and yes I did so completely honestly) and when I did I mainly got Ravenclaw, so I think myself to be a Ravenclaw. So if you feel that the quiz made a mistake or what have you, you could always make a new account and try again. Good luck. :)

As many people have already said, since J.K. Rowling herself made the Sorting Hat quiz on Pottermore, I don't think there would be a more accurate Sorting Hate quiz than the one the author herself has made. But there is this quiz that I find pretty good, which is: http://www.personalitylab.org/tests/ccq_hogwarts.htm

Nope. Because JK Rowling made the test herself. And no one knows Harry Potter better than Ms. Rowling.

Also, I don't know how wands are chosen. But I'm sure JK Rowling knows what she's doing.

No, JK Rowling designed it herself, how could it be more accurate? If you didn't get the house you wanted, or you think you botched the quiz, just make another account. I had to make 3 before I landed in Hufflepuff (I've always been a Hufflepuff, according to every quiz that ever was besides that one. It kept sorting me into Gryffindor, which is where you tend to end up if you don't answer honestly enough. Sometimes, it just depends on your mood as well).

The sorting hat quiz can be tricked , if you've read the books you can guess the likely answer to get the house you want
