Noughts and Crosses by Malorie Blackman is a very good, exciting and intelligent book about teens. It gives readers a lot to think about regarding race and equality. I'd recommend this one just for the readability and themes.

The Curious Incident of a Dog in the Nighttime by Mark Haddon lets you get a glimpse of what life must be like for those with autism and Asperger's. This one was eye opening in its portrayal of an autistic boy dealing with some of the crap that gets thrown in our paths.

Slam by Nick Hornby does teen life as only Nick Hornby can do it. There's skateboarding and teen pregnancy, parents not letting kids make decisions, and kids who are too irresponsible to make decisions on their own. A good read.

Great Expectations is a great read, but if you're having trouble with your English coursework, you might want to hold off on that one. Kiss of Death and Crocodile Tears have prequels that you might need to read to fully understand the plot.

Best of luck :)

Great Expectations is an AMAZING book, but you may need to check out SparkNotes if your reading level isn't high enough.

I know mine is, haha, and I'm the same age as you, but it's all the different people.

Good always beseats evil, God wins all trials with Death. God created Death, and God created the Devil, God wins always cause there is Death, God could desttroy the devil but he uses the devil so we can make our own decisions, in the end it is God who decides where we will go, to Heaven Or Hell. Good luck. Viiviana
