I have read all of these, I like hush, hush (though not the sequel), think Need is actually one of the better YA books out there (like the sequel too!), and am indifferent towards Fallen... twilight is terrible, but I'm sure you've already heard that a million times, so moving right along.
Tithe by Holly Black is a very good book (series), though it does contain some cursing and more sexual inuendo/content (still considered a teen book) then the books you've listed. It is a paranormal adventure with a large helping of romance mixed in. It focuses pretty much exclusively on fairies.
If that sounds good, you could also try Melissa Marr's Wicked Lovely series, which also has more mature language/content, involves fairies and is a paranormal romance type series.
Tantalize by Cynthia Letich Smith (also the semi-sequel, Eternal) has vampires and werewolves, though it is a lot darker then Twilight.
The Eternal Ones by Kristen Miller has gotten compared to Fallen quite a bit, though it isn't about fallen angels... it does have to do with reincarnation though.
Beautiful Creatures by Kimi Garcia and Margaret Stohl is another paranormal romance... it's a bit different from most PRs in that it's told from the guys point of view.
The Iron King series by Julie Kagawa is another one that's primarily about fairies. Also has a love triangle very similar to the one in Twilight (handsome new guy and childhood best friend fight for the protagonists affections), though unlike Twilight, it has an actual plot.
Shiver by Meggie Stiefvater is pretty good, though I haven't read the sequel, so I don't know if it remains so. It's about werewolves.
Meg Cabot isn't quite what you're looking for, seeing as she is in general a whoooole lot less angst ridden then the books you've read. Still, if you want to try something a little less over the top angsty (as many of these books tend to be), she has quite a few good paranormal romance books out there. The Mediator series is closest to what you've read so far, seeing as it involves romance with a supernatural being and a love triangle.
I don't realy like the series, but The Immortals by Alyson Noel often times gets compared to Twilight... so if you like that sort of thing...
The Dark Guardians series is a short, pretty simplistic, series about werewolves. Each book focuses on a different werewolf girl and each one focuses a lot on the romance angle of things, while still including a bit of plot. Not going to win any awards for great fiction, but it's right along the lines of what you've already enjoyed and each one is pretty short. The author is Rachel Hawthorne.
The Host by Stephanie Meyer is worth a read if you haven't already done so. Unlike Twilight, it is actually decently written and has an actual plot BESIDES the romance.
The Wake series by Lisa McMann is good, though it might not be what you're looking for, as the love interest is NOT a mythical creature (vampire/werewolf/fairy/etc), just a normal guy, but the main character is semi-psychic sort of, so...
Vampire Diaries often (unfairly) is considered a copy of Twilight (unfair because it came out BEFORE twilight), so you might want to check it out.
Amanda Marrone has some pretty good paranormal books out... Revealers is good, as is Devoured
The Prom Dates from Hell series by Rosemary Clement Moore is one of my favorites, though it (like Meg Cabots stuff) isn't as dark or angsty as some of the other stuff on here... compared to the constant melodrama of Fallen, its positively upbeat. And it isn't strictly paranormal romance... it's about a girl who ends up having to fight demons. And yes, there is some romance, though not as much as some of the other stuff on here.
I have not yet read it, but Wings by Aprilynne Pike is supposed to be good and similar to the stuff you listed...
Other vampire series I haven't read but have been told to read and seem similar to what you've listed include Vampire Academy series, House of Night series (very mixed reviews on that one though), and the Blood Coven series.
The Darkest Powers series by Kelley Armstrong is pretty good.
Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare is good, though not *quite* as much romance until book #3... and once again, it has an actual plot.
That's all I've got for now, but if none of these float your boat, just search "Paranormal Teen Romance" under google or ANY book store website or amazon and you will get a ton of results similar to the books you've already read.
