Do you think that Sirius or Dumbledore will come back?

Dumbledores death had an air of finality to it, wheras Sirius's was just weird...
Any thoughts?

Finally! You know when i read order of the phoenix, I had to keep reading the last few chapters over and over again because i just didn't understand how sirius black died, he goes though the fluttering curtain and that's it, he's dead. I always imagened that he had just fallen into a bottom less pit or something. I don't think JK will get sirius black back, but she might explain what happen.

there are some clues that point to two possibilities, that Dumbledore's not really dead, or at the very least, that Snape's not really a Death Eater, and he killed Dumbledore because Dumbledore ordered him to, as part of a grand plan.

i dont think that Sirius will come back but will help Harry somehow.

It is impossible, as Dumbledore says in the 4th book that no spell can awaken the dead.

Sirius's death was wierd, but he went through the veil, which concealed death, I think. That's why the persons who had seen death could hear some one talking at the back, and that is why they all were getting lured towards the veil. So, Sirius won't come back.

Thinking of it I think it is Sirius might come back. It's because it reminds me of Gandalf falling into a pit and Frodo thinking he's dead but he is not because Gandalf's dead were unknown that time.



Sirius went through the veil, and J K didn't explain about the veil in details (I find it suspicious because we don't know what veil does except Avada Kedvra curse) and the veil popped out from no where in the Department of Mysteries like a time warp that are unexplainable, and I think Sirius is between life and death inside, and Sirius might appear unexpectedly in the next book from nowhere again like he does in the third book, he appeared to be a murderer but he is not.

Dumbledore had wordlessly immobilzed Harry, and the second he had taken to perform this spell had cost him the chance of defending himself. (HBP pg 584/545)



Why did Dumbledore freeze Harry? Harry was already invisible to their attackers and in no danger.



The only explanation could be that Dumbledore already knew, had already planned, that he would die this night (or appear to die), and not only did he not want Harry to become involved and possibly be injured himself, he needed Harry to be a witness, to be able to tell everyone else what happened.



Dumbledore might have also promised Snape that he would make sure that Harry would not be able to interfere, knowing how Harry feels about Snape and what Snape was about to have to do.



The supposition that it was Dumbledore's plan to do this all along is supported by the fact that he acted so quickly to do it, almost without thinking, when Draco burst in on the scene.



Harry's own assumption that the Freezing Charm was done by Dumbledore is supported by the fact the curse lifted when Dumbledore left the tower minutes later.

But where is his wand now?



We know a wizard's wand is very important to him, and a wand that belonged to a wizard as powerful as Dumbledore would be a very important item to know the whereabouts of, something you wouldn't want falling into the wrong hands.

Dumbledore will have painting of self in head master's office so maybe we will hear from him in this manner. Somehow, I really think, Sirius will make an appearance. I hope Ron or Hermione don't get killed. Maybe Neville will have a role because of his birthday being the same. I do know I am eagerly awaiting the last chapter.

I don't think either of them will come back. Harry could still talk to Dumbledore since his portrait is hanging in the headmasters office. As for Sirius, he hasn't made any contact with Harry and I don't think he will. I think he's gone and there isn't a way for him to come back.

JK Rowling has said on her site that Dumbledore's patronus is the phoenix. I think he will come back from the dead like the phoenix did. Sirius,I believe,is gone for good.

what goes away is for the good, but the good work should be kept going! you are more emotionally hurt with the deaths of the two heros but remember no matter what, if the purpose is good then the means follow. thats the moral of the story.

I would really like both of them to come back, but as I know Rowling, we won't see them again...
