I am 18 and i was looking for a page turner. I want a book that will keep a guy interested and stay interested till the end. I dont know, i am just on the search for a book that i will not be able to put down because it is awesome! I have not read many books mind you, so any obvious books that you may have thought everybody read, i might not have. I'm looking for a book along the lines of "Tell No One" or the Harry Potter series. Now the plots can be completely different, but i would like to read a page turner like those books. I may have been repetitive... sorry, however, THANKS FOR THE HELP!!!!!

I'm also an 18 year old guy. I can say the the Harry Potter series is WAY better in book form than the movies. If you have seen the movies first, the books may seem a little dry, but definetely worth reading. An author I like is Vince Flynn. He has a lot of good thriller type books about CIA missions if that kind of thing if it interests you, as it does me. I would just go to the book store and start looking. If you see an interesting cover, pick it up and read the back...odds are you'll find something you like! That's how I got started. Happy reading.

The Sword of Truth Series. By Terry Goodkind. Even just the first book in the series is awesome. It is a fantasy book. You don't need to read all of them to get the story. they are all meant to stand alone as separate novels. you could even start in the middle or end. (not recommended Read "Wizard's First Rule")

clive cussler or dean koontz are pretty much the only authors i read that are action/ thriller.

i love dean koontz's odd thomas series and felt it was a page turner to the end of the whole series in which i felt a touch of sadness because there were no more.

I see which you like Harry Potter and Twilight.. heres yet another suggestion or 2. The vampire academy sequence. via richelle mead There are 4 so a ways. Its approximately distinctive sort of vampires. good. evil. varieties that don't drink blood, that are greater human then vampire.... a remarkable sort of action, drama, and love. i like that sequence plenty. Love the main important character, Rose. evening international via L J Smith is yet another good sequence. Has 3 books so a ways. Vampires, witches, werewolves, shapeshifters, ghosts, action, drama, romance, love, etc. super sequence
