I need help creating some more character names, here is what I already have:

Match: Blonde, sassy, gothic supermodel
Candellila: (Can-duh-lee-luh) New-aged model... very mature and serious
Gemini: Gay fashion designer
Nermal: Gemini's young, spunky little brother
Ollie-May: Loser; a nerd, for the most part. Shy and innocent.
Ginger Vanilla: Hippie boy, obsessed with his 'lovely planet Earth'; Brother and lover to Week
Week: Hippie girl, clingy to Ginger Vanilla; Sister and lover to Ginger Vanilla
Duquesne: Smart intellectual
Hexyl: Painfully stupid boy with a big secret that even he doesn't know about; lives with Match
Oi: (oy) Diseased girl; has Alice in Wonderland Syndrome, better known as Todd's Syndrome- Look it up
No-Words kid: Silent, eerily interesting teenager
Kitty: Poor boy who thinks of himself as being a cat- on one hand, his nails are sharpened into claws
Manganesia: (Mane-guh-nee-shuh) Rich heiress- in love with Gemini, though he'll never love her back
Katholik: Ghost- died being wine-sipper for the king
Koi: dead servant of Katholic- clumsy
Kirio: dead servant of Katholic- Scholarly
Mew: Brother to Duquesne- cute and bubbly
Hedy: Singing sensation, always trying to compete with Match & Candellila
Keane: Hedy's best friend- artsy
Tabby: Keane's younger sister- sweet, dainty, and protective.

So as you can see, I need interesting names that really stand out! Have any?

Look, if i was reading your book, i would be confused and therefore stop reading the story.

You can have unique names, but maybe just for the main characters.

some of the names are a bit strange...i like Ollie-May though.

I will suggest some names:

Match- how bout Violetta?

Candellila- i like that, but i can spell it lol

Gemini- hmm, interesting name, not sure it works.

Nermal- cool

Ollie-May- i love that name

Ginger Vanilla and Week- Um maybe stick with Phil and Hope....

Duquesne- is it a boy or girl?

Hexyl- i think a simple name will suit him more...Jake, Kane, Danny??

Oi- being from Australia, i usually think off this name being shouted. Perhaps a name like Samantha, Charlotte, something pretty.

No-Words Kid- im not sure i guess it works

Kitty- is a girl name.... what about Tom?

Manganesia- it suits the character, it would be one of the names i would keep

Katholik- is a weird way to spell 'Catholic'....

Koi- i like it

Kirio- it works with koi

Mew- Maybe a more common name, George etc

Hedy- its ok

Keane- i don't know if this is a boy or girl...

Tabby- perhaps the most common name on your list, its great.

In a story, you don't need unique names to stand out, you need a good storyline, a captivating plot, and most importantly, no confusion for the reader.

Good Luck, i hope i have helped. :)

No offense or anything, but you might want to find some more common names, because in real life, most people have more common names, and to tell you the truth some of the names you have are a little confusing or hard to pronounce. Here's some suggestions:

Casey

Marie

Luke

Jaynie

Kate

Marcus

Tony

Cole

That is unless this is some alternate dimension crazy story and they're suppose to have weird names in which case:

Ember

Aero

Mars

Ginger Vanilla sounds like a girl's name, and Week sounds like a boy's name, just to put my two cents in about that.

Lorelei/Lorelai- I always liked this name, it sounds like an exotic flower

Eudora- sounds like the name of a solid grandmother type or a kind of wierd/dorky girl

Nadcha

Mahli

Chancy

Relly
