like let's say there are two guys who are, idk, cousins and the good guy has fallen in love with a girl and the bad guy is trying to steal away the girl from the good guy. the bad guy is also um... a robber or something like that and yeah you get it. would you enjoy the bad character more or the good character. my opinion depends on the way the bad character or good character acts. you know what i mean? ok so please answer

Haha, I LOVE the bad character! Like in Vampire Diaries, I absolutely loved Damon more than Stefan. The bad guys always get into more action.

Damon was more of a rule breaker, and everything awesome seemed to happen to him.

But Stefan was always nice, and everything bad happened to him.

I usually tend to love the bad character more than the good one :P

it depends on how it is written, often times we support the main character because we understand his motivations much more than anyone else's.

stories like the bat man begins and the dark knight are a good example.

in batman begins the character we learn about most is bruce/batman,he has the largest Presence in the story. therefore he is the character we connect with the most, and root for.

in the dark knight the focus of explanation is almost all on the joker. We understand much more about his thought process than even the main character, batman, so in the end he has a much larger presence, and we tend to associate with him more.

Pretty much with everything I read, I enjoy the sinners more than the do-gooders. I couldn't even explain why, that's just what seems to always happen. This is why I'm writing my book from the point of view of the baddies.

sometimes its hard to like the bad characters, not to sound like a maniac...but i usually prefer the bad endings...i hate movies that the moment you walk in you can predict the ending

an example...ive never read the last book, but i can guess that edward and bella live happily ever after, and im sure jacob fits in there to...am i wrong? i doubt it

i like when the bad guy prevails

I often find myself more drawn to the evil side of things.

I'm usually rooting for the bad guy ;D

ofcourse they are the ones that put twist in the story... and a story with no twist well just simply put ordinary or in other words boring..
