If your story is in a modern setting, then yes a girl can be a butler. They aren't that common, but they do exist and are becoming more popular. If you're looking for more of a historic setting, then no. However a similar female equivalent position would be a Housekeeper. She'd be in charge of all the female staff, and reports only to the lady of the house.
(After some digging, apparently there was a female butler in the late 1800s when a woman decided a male butler was too expensive to employ)

Pretty sure if your a guy then your a butler, if your a girl then your a maid. Since I see your writing yuri and I am assuming that you want one of the character in the pairing to masculine, just make her maid outfit boyish to the point where she resembles a butler.

Yes, but in most countries where butlers are common, 99% of them are males.

"A butler is usually male, and in charge of male servants, while a housekeeper is usually a woman, and in charge of female servants. Traditionally, male servants (such as footmen) were rarer and therefore better paid and of higher status than female servants"
Traditionally "Butler" is a male role; you can't very well have a women dressing a male or [unless it's your husband] be a woman alone in a man's bedroom - that just isn't proper.
May I suggest the female version of the same sort of role, a Housekeeper.. the one who is in charge of the maids and who would have a business relationship of sorts with the man of the house.
