Ok well i was in seventh grade last year and i really enjoyed the Twilight series,

if you are lookign for Drama, Action, Adventure, and Romance, then that is the perfect series.

By the way the order for the books is

Twilight

New Moon

Eclipse

Breaking Dawn

i hope you like the series if you read it, i sure did,

P.S. if you have seen the movies the books are SOO much better.

The Bloody Jack series (by L.A. Meyer) is amazing. So far there are eight in total; I started reading the series in 6th grade I think.

There are also the Boy Book, the Boyfriend List, and Fly On the Wall, all by E. Lockhart, who has written more novels like them but that I haven't read.

Here's a list I found of recommended mystery/suspense novels: http://www.sd68.k12.il.us/schools/orchard/lmc/mystery.htm

I've read After but don't really remember it; I've also read And Then There Were None, which is one of my favorite books, but it might be too advanced unless you read at at least a high school level.

There's also the Shadow Children series: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadow_Children_sequence

And other books I've read:

Prep (Curtis Sittenfeld)

Give a Boy a Gun (Todd Strasser)

The Giver (Lois Lowry)

If you want any more suggestions (I know I have many more but I can't think of them right now), feel free to send me a message and I'll help you out. :)

If you're looking for books, I would also recommend Google search. Look up books that meet your criteria, and you can read reviews of them as well.

Good luck!

P.S. - Don't read the Twilight series. It will corrupt your brain. :)

The book that comes to mind for me with these is the Hunger Games. It has all of the above, maybe minus the mystery, and is a fantastic read that I read in 7th grade and LOVED! I have the book with me right now because I am doing a school project on it, so I will copy down what is in the inside cover so you can get an idea about what it is about.

Could you survive on your own in the wild, with every one out to make sure you don't live to see the morning?

In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the distric of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by twelve outlying districts. The Capitol is harsh and cruel and keeps the districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl between the ages of twelve and eighteen to participate in the Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV.

Sixteen year old Katniss Everdeen, who lives alone with her mother and younger sister, regards it as a death sentence when she steps foreward to take her sistersplace in the Games. But Katniss has been close to dead before- and survival, for her, is a second nature. Without really meaning to, she becomes a contender. But if she is to win, she will have to make choices that weight survival against humanitty and life against love.

The Hunger Games is by Suzanne Collins and I will reccommend it to anyone! The second book is called Catching Fire, and the third and final book Mockingjay comes out next week! I'm so excited!

Good luck hope I helped!

You should try Reading the Twilight saga because there are four books and it is a good book to keep you occupied when you feel like doing something. Also I recommend you should read the harry potter books and diary of a wimpy kid.
