I wrote a children's book that was loved by the alzheimer's association so much that they wrote a letter of recommendation for it's publication, still, I cannot get it published. What am I doing wrong? I want to see this through to publication. I have sent my manuscript to those publishers who have published that kind of book, but only have rejection notices to show for it. what more can I do?

The Alzheimer's Association should be happy to help you if they believe that strongly in the book. They should have at least an idea of publishing houses that turn out books on this topic. You may not be able to go mainstream with publishing this book. I mean, l have been searching information all day on Alzheimers on this Q and A website and nothing is coming up. People don't like to think about it. GOod luck.

Get a reputable agent or do searches for publishing companies that favor new authors. Scholastic is a great resource of children's books - try them as well!
