I know all the seven items those are horcruxes;
The snake nagini
The diary
The ring
The diadem
The locket
The Hufflepuff's cup
And Harry Potter itself.
It is clear that Tom Riddle said to Slughorn that he is apparently making seven horcruxes, and in that time, harry potter havent born yet.
So what is the seventh horcrux that Tom made?
If the seven is Harry then he has only created six horcruxes and one accidentally

THe other answerer is right. The seventh piece of voldemort's soul was still inside him. before trying to kill Harry, Voldemort had divided his soul into 7 pieces:

snake

diary

ring

diadem

locket

Hufflepuff cup

and Voldemort himself

It was his attempt to kill Harry that split that final piece of soul and made Harry into a Horcrux. So he divided his soul in seven which means he created 6 Horcruxes and kept a piece of soul for himself. Harry was the unplanned seventh Horcrux - the eighth piece of soul.

Tom Riddle tells talks to Slughorn about TEARING HIS SOUL in seven pieces. That makes six horcruxes, with one piece of his soul remaining in his human body.

He only intended to make six, and Harry is the seventh, unintentional horcrux.

Yes and no. Tom Riddle/Voldemort made six hocruxes as you've listed, and he accidentally created a seventh through Harry. Technically he also has an eight, being the last piece of soul within himself. Destroying all of the hocruxes and Harry doesn't destroy Voldemort, it just makes him mortal and weak. If anything, Harry is the eight hocrux, since he was the last to be made (albeit accidentally).

Does that help?
