I have only read the first three, but I am going to have to go with Point Blank. I know that it wasn't the movie producer's favorite, but it really was mine. There is going to be a 7th, and it is not just a rumor. If you want to find the proof, in the back of the first book of the Gatekeeper series, it has Q's and A's with Anthony Horowitz. I also suggest reading the Gatekeeper series, another series by Anthony Horowitz. Good luck in you readings!

Anthony Horwitz is writing another book. Snakehead. Its Alex Rider's 7th Mission. Its coming out in November 2007.

i personally find Point Blank to be the most exciting and action packed but SCORPIA comes in at a close second. i found the 3 Skeleton Key Eagle Strike and Ark Angel a Little thin on narrative and sort of boring although i did like the death of a certain Russian character well done. but the idea of a pop star hell bent on the end of the world through nuclear war a bit too unbeliveable for me. the reason i find SCORPIA and Point Blank to be the best books is that they are jam packed with action and intrigue.

Well...i love all of them but i loved Scorpia the best. So must action and love the cliffhanger at the end. Its so amazing how smart and strong the little guy is! I am so proud of him! He knows what to do when theres a problem.

Also the 6th book is called Snakehead! I cant wait! (coming in 2007)

There were so many woodworking plans with this collection and you will not believe this but there are over thousands plans in the one package deal. Go here https://tr.im/yCYTz

This is really something to find that many all together. For someone like me who is just really starting to get involved with woodworking this was like letting me loose in a candy store and telling me I could have anything I wanted. That was my dream when I was a kid.

I'm guessing reading these books haven't helped you with your grammar. It is 'written' not 'wrote'. And what they hell is with the 40 page crap from the nutter above. What's she trying to prove? That she can copy and paste a sh1t load.

----

Map

----

The map is always located on the upper right hand side of the screen. It is

very useful, especially when you do not know where to go. There will usually be

an orange flashing dot that shows you the next place you should go to. You can

toggle the size of the map by pressing the Square button on your controller.

-------------

Levelling Up

-------------

When a character has accumulated enough Experience Points after battle, they

will level up, and will gain Stat Points which allow you to increase your

character's stats. Press Triangle to access the menu. Select Stats, and then

the player which has the Level Up symbol next to his/her name. You can then

choose the Stats that you wish to level up.

-------

Skills

-------

Each character can gain skill points when they use their skills. Each time

they use a skill, they gain skill points. If they miss the enemy, they will

NOT gain a skill point. After they gain enough skill points, they will

learn the new skill that has been set under the menu page.

For example, if you set Berethor to learn Orc Bane under his Sword Craft

(skills menu), each time he uses his Guardian Strike, he will gain 1 Skill

Point that will go towards the total needed to learn Orc Bane.

However, it differs for Passive Skills. You get 1 point towards the Passive

Mode skills each time you level up. It works the same way for Perfect Mode.

View [SKI] Skills section for some tips on how to gain skills quickly as well

as a more in-depth look at each character's skills.

--------------------

Restoring AP and HP

--------------------

Each time you save your game, your AP and HP is restored. Every time your

character levels up, the AP and HP for that character is also restored.

---------

Treasure

---------

You can find treasure in chests or after defeating enemies in battle.

---------------------

Switching Characters

---------------------

If you have more than 3 characters in your party, press L1 during battle to

switch characters. Try and use all the characters during battle, otherwise

the character that is not used will only get half the Experience Points.

-------------

General Tips

-------------

Each chapter is divided into many different smaller quests. Some are optional,

others are compulsory. It is my advice to complete all of them, as the

character that is currently walking around will gain Experience Points.

Note: You can change the character that is travelling around by pressing L1.

Thus you can spread out the Experience Points gained from quests between

different characters.

[WAL] Walkthrough

===============================================================================

--------

Eregion

--------

'This largely uninhabited land lies south of Rivendell, and passage to the east

is blocked by the towering Misty Mountains.'

This game begins with Gandalf telling the story that has become so familiar to

us all, the start of The Lord of the Rings movie; how the ring was created as

well as the wars fought to obtain the ring.

You start the game as a player named Berethor, fighting two Nazgul. It does

not matter whether you choose to attack, taunt or skip your turn, as the two

enemies are invincible. You are saved by an elf lady named Idrial, who joins

your party. This will begin your first quest.

[E1] Journey to the Elf Outpost

================================

'Follow the female Elf to an outpost defended by Rivendell Elves. Here you

should find equipment and potions to heal your wounds.'

You will receive notification that you have received an Epic Scene. You can

view these scenes by going to the menu bar, and selecting the Scenes option.

Here, you can view the different scenes you have found.

When you regain control of Berethor, follow the path until you come to a

chest which contains a 3rd Age Gondorian Scouting Shield (Berethor's shield).

Equip the shield, and move on. In the large area slightly further on, there is

a chest containing a 1st Age Galadhrim Spirit Warding Pendant for Idrial.

As you walk, Berethor will tell Idrial that he is looking for Boromir of

Gondor. She will reply, and then your party will be attacked by Orcs. After

the battle, follow the path until you come to a save point. There is a

chest to the left of the save point.

Enter the door to the right of the save point. After you enter the door,

you get a notification that you have completed the quest "Journey to the Elf

Outpost".

[E2] Collect Elf Artifacts

===========================

'Galadriel's people crafted many great artifacts and weapons containing

ancient powers. Collect these to keep them from Orc hands'

There are several chests in the room, one of which contains Gondorian Steel

Citadel Guard Pauldrons (Berethor). Equip it and move out of the room.

View the cut scene and move on. This will begin yet another quest.

[E3] Defend the Elf Caravan

============================

'Isengard Orcs have been sent by Saruman to slaughter Elves who travel

these roads. Save at least one Elf from these creatures.'

You will receive a new Epic Scene - Betrayal. There is a room to the left

containing a 2nd Age Elven Silver Tiara of Eriador for Idrial.

As you follow the path, you will meet a group of Orcs. After defeating them,

you will receive a 3rd Age Elven Gold Plated Fauld (Idrial) and a 3rd Age

Steel Ithillien Long Sword (Berethor). This will also complete the 'Defend

the Elf Caravan quest'. There is a new Epic Scene - The Power of Galadriel.

There are two new quests now.

[E4] Rescue at Caradhras Pass

==============================

'Find your way to the Pass of Caradhras and search for survivors of

recent attacks. Rescue anyone you find still alive.'

[E5] Hunt the Wild Men

=======================

'Help the Dunedain Rangers by hunting down raiding bands of Wild Men

from Dunland. Shatter three war bands to drive them back.'

There are 3 Warbands that you have to defeat before you can complete this

quest.

Go to the left area, where you will find two chests. A party of wild men

will attack, after defeating them you will have defeated the 1st group

of Warbands. Now go to the right area. Both of the dead ends have chests,

and you will have to fight the remaining two groups of Warbands. This will

complete the 'Hunt the Wild Men' quest.

Return to the junctions and go straight. Follow the path until the next

save point and save your game. You will view another cut scene. A new

player, Elegost, will join your team. You have to fight a wolf now, but it

should be fairly easy to defeat. After you defeat it, the quest 'Rescue at

Caradhras Pass' will be completed. You will receive an Epic Scene - The

Dunedain.

A new quest will begin.

[E6] Hunt all Warg Packs in the area

=====================================

'Help the Dunedain Rangers by scouring these roads of marauding bands of

Isengard Wargs. Kill all packs of these creatures.'

There are 3 Warg Packs you have to hunt for and kill. Take the junction to

the left. At the dead end area, there is a chest and the first Warg Pack. Turn

around and go the other way. Follow the path from there and you will meet the

2nd Warg Pack. After killing the 2nd Warg Pack, I obtained a 3rd Age Havens

Steel Long Sword (Idrial). The path will split into two. Take the left path and

you will do battle with the last Warg Park. This will complete the 'Hunt all

Warg Packs in the area' quest. Go straight around the path, don't take any

junctions to the left or right until you come to the end of the path. Now, go to

the right. View a short cut scene, and that will bring you to the next quest.

[E7] Find an Elf Healing Altar

===============================

'Many ancient ruins contain remnants of Elven Power from earlier ages. Go to

one of these Altars so the Ranger may be healed.'

[E8] Follow Fellowship to Moria

================================

'Search for signs Gandalf's fellowship travelled throughout Moria. Evidence of

their passage means they will reach Moria.'

Follow the path until you come to a loop. Take the closer path, it will lead

you to a dead end containing a chest with a 3rd Age Lothlorien Ring of Spirit

Warding for Berethor. Around the loop, you will view a cut scene and this will

complete the 'Follow Fellowship to Moria' quest, as well as receive Scene 8 -

The Fellowship's Camp. Return to the loop and take the other path. Follow the

path until you reach a save point in the middle of a circle. Go up the stairs

to find a chest. Go back down to the save point, and go down the staircase on

the left. There is a room on the right with a staircase leading upwards. Go up

the stairs and eventually, down the stairs. You will have to battle a party of

Orcs. After defeating them, I received a Dunedain Tan Leather Underbraces

(Elegost). This will complete the 'Find an Elf Healing Altar' quest. You also

receive a new Epic Scene - Spirit Powers.

You now have a new quest.

[E9] Defend Elf Healing Altars

===============================

'Help the Elves defend their Healing Altars. Journey to three different ruins

and defend any Elves who seek respite there.'

Ahead of you, there is an Elfstone. That is the 1st of 4 Artifacts for the

'Collect Elf Artifacts' quest. Continue down the path and view the next cut

scene. You get an Epic Scene as well - Moria's Past. The next quest will be...

[E10] Reclaim Elrond's Map

===========================

'Find a Healing Altar that has been defiled by the forces of Shadow. Kill

any Orcs and recapture Elrond's Map to Moria.'

After you reach the grassy area, there is a small path on the right that leads

to a dead-end. Here, there is a chest containing a Battered Steel Helm

(Berethor).

Go up the stairs in the circular area. Defeat the party of enemies (I received

a Gondorian Steel Greaves for Berethor) and you will clear 1 of 2 Light Altars

from Enemies. Examine the statue to find the 2nd Artifact - Cracked Elfstone

of Health Enhancement.

Continue along the path until you reach another save point. There is a chest

containing a 3rd Age Dunedain Brooch of Armour (Elegost) beside it. Go a bit

further, and you'll have to fight another party of Orcs (I got a 3rd Age Elven

Gold Plated Chestplate for Idrial after defeating them). The defeat of this

party results in the completion of the 'Defend Elf Healing Altars' quest.

Examine the statue in front to find the 3rd Artifact - Cracked Elfstone of

Water Protection.

Go further until you reach another save point. The junction on the right

contains chests with healing items and a 3rd Age Lothlorien Spirit Calling

Pendant for Idrial as well as a Dunedain Wool Ranger Cloak for Elegost.

Return to the save point and take the other path. Follow the path and you will

enter a fight with some Orcs (I received a 2nd Age Elven Golden Tiara of

Earendil for Idrial). You receive an Epic Scene - Saruman's Trap.

This will complete the 'Reclaim Elrond's Map' quest as well as begin a new

quest.

[E11] Find Hadhod the Dwarf

============================

'Follow Elrond's map toward Moria Lake and search until you find Elegost's

Dwarven friend, provided he survived the earlier battle'.

Examine the statue in front and you will find the 4th Elven Artifact - Cracked

Elfstone of Armour Enhancement, and complete the 'Collect Elf Artifacts' quest.

Return to the save point and save your game. From here, go to the other

junction. Save your game at the next save point. Follow the direction of the

orange dot, and view the next cut scene. You will automatically enter a battle

with a Cave Troll. For the first time, you will have more than three characters

to use during battle. Press L1 (for PS2) to switch characters. I received a

Dwarven Boiled Leather Pauldrons as well as a Dwarven Black Iron Helm for

Hadhod. This completed the 'Find Hadhod the Dwarf' quest. You receive a new

Epic Scene - The Dwarf. Equip the new equipment and open the chests in front of

you.

A new quest has begun.

[E12] Find Moria's West Gate

=============================

'Use your map to search near the lake. It might reveal a hidden doorway, the

only way to enter these ancient ruins.'

Return to the save point and take the other junction (follow the orange dot).

You will go up a windy path until the next save point. Walk past the save

point, and you will have completed the 'Find Moria's West Gate' quest.

Walk just a bit further, and you will be attacked by a creature in the water.

It is too far away to attack normally, so use Elegost to shoot arrows as

well as the Spirit Powers of Idrial and Hadhod.

After you defeat the creature, you will enter the mines of West Moria. You

also receive an Elfstone of Nimble Crafting which will allow the character

you equip it to, to be able to create items during battle.

Congratulations! You have just completed 100% of Eregion's Chapter.

-----------

West Moria

-----------

'Behind a hidden gateway ancient, abandoned mines and galleries are rumoured

to still hold many lost treasures of the Dwarves.

You will receive a new Epic Scene - Runes of the Seven Kings at the beginning

of this chapter. There are two new quests available.

[WM1] Confront the Watcher in the Water

========================================

'Find the Watcher's underground lair and drive the evil creature out of his

sanctuary beneath the mountain.'

[WM2] Find Seven Dwarf Runes

=============================

'There are statues of seven great Dwarf Lords placed throughout Moria.

Find all of them and collect the runes found in chests nearby.'

Save your game at the save point. You will then be notified that you have

unlocked Evil Mode. Fight as Sauron's minions to unlock unique weapons

and items for your party. Select 'More' on the Title Screen, and then

select 'Evil Mode' to access this feature.

From now on, you can also travel back to places you have previously visited

through the save points. You will be given an option to Travel each time

you save your game.

Go up the staircase. In a dead-end on the right, there is a chest containing

Dwarven Boiled Leather Vambraces (Hadhod). You will also receive a new Epic

Scene - Moria Today.

Continue along the path until you come to a watery area. You will be attacked

by the Watcher here. After defeating it, I received Dunedain Layered Leather

Overbraces and 1st Age Erigion Brooch of Weapon Warding for Elegost. You also

receive a new Epic Scene - The Watcher's Lair. This will complete the

'Confront the Watcher in the Water' quest.

Make your way out of the watery area, and go up the stairs. There is an

orange dot where you will enter a battle with two Cave Wargs. You receive a

new Epic Scene - Moria Wargs. Open the chest to receive the 1st rune out of 7.

Follow the path until you reach a save point. Take the dead-end junction to the

left first, it will lead you to a chest which contains Battered Steel Vambraces

(Berethor).

The junction in front leads you to a battle, after you win it, there is a

new quest. You will receive an Epic Scene - Mithril, Weapons and Warfare.

[WM3] Locate Moria's Great Pit

===============================

'This ancient Dwarf map reveals that the path around the Great Pit of

Moria may be the only way out of the underground mazes.'

Continue along the path, until you face another battle. I received a 3rd Age

Iron Cutlass of Isengard (Berethor) after winning this battle. There is a

chest on the right. After you open it, you receive an Epic Scene - The White

and Grey Wizards. Walk further until you come to a large area. Examine all

the little nooks and crannies, I found a Elven Steel Scouting Vambraces

(Idrial), a Cracked Elfstone of Fire Protection, the 2nd Rune, a Gondorian

Steel Citadel Guard Helm (Berethor) and the 3rd Rune. When you open the chest

containing the 3rd Rune, you will also receive an Epic Scene - The Moria Horde.

As you make your way forward, you receive an Epic Scene - Camping at the

Crossroads. Now you are at a three way junction. The path on the left

leads you to a chest containing the 4th Rune. After defeating a pack

of Wargs further in, I received a Dunedain Suede Leather Jerkin for

Elegost. There is a chest in the middle of the room that can only be opened

when you have found all 7 Runes. On the far right corner, there is a chest

containing a 3rd Age Steel Long Sword of Arnor.

Return to the place with all the junctions and take the middle path.

Along the straight and narrow path, do battle with a goblin and receive a

3rd Age Dwarf Belt Buckle of Moria Iron for Hadhod as well as an Epic Scene -

Cleaning West Moria. Move further on till you come to a junction with chests on

the left and right. The right contains a Cracked Elfstone of Armour Enhancement.

After defeating a group of enemies on the left, receive a 3rd Age Ithillien Ash

Longbow (Elegost). The chest contains a 2nd Age Dwarven Shield of the Lords

for Berethor. You also receive an Epic Scene - Elf-Dwarf Animosity.

Continue along the path till you reach the second small room. Fight with a

party of goblins to receive a new Epic Scene - Water Mirrors. Open the chest

to find the 5th Rune. The other chest contains a Cracked Elfstone of Water

Protection.

In the next room, battle a party of goblins to get a 3rd Age Elven Silver

Greaves for Idrial. Examine a nearby chest to find a 3rd Age Elven Silver

Pauldrons (Idrial) and an Epic Scene - Goblin Hatred, and another chest in

the same room to get a Dwarven Steel Helm for Hadhod.

In the final room, there is a cutscene, you will find a 3rd Age Dwarven Steel

Walking Axe for Hadhod and an Epic Scene - Weapons of Forgotten Ancestors.

There is a chest containing Rune 6.

Return back to the place with all the junctions and take the final windy path.

You will find the 7th Rune on the right of the save point which will complete

the 'Find Seven Dwarf Runes' quest. You also receive an Epic Scene -

Inhabitants of the Mountain. Move forward until you view the next cut scene,

in which you will find a key, and then face a party of goblins. In this battle,

you will lose one member of your party. This depends on who you did not use in

the last battle. Use Idrial's Haste of Elves skill to hasten your

strongest player, and then attack! You gain a 3rd Age Dwarven Steel Battle Axe

for Hadhod and a Gondorian Steel Citadel Guard Chestplate for Berethor after

the battle. You have now completed the 'Locate Moria's Great Pit' quest and

are given a new quest.

[WM4] Find the Book of Secrets

================================

'Now only the lost Book of Secrets can reveal a way out of Moria. Search

for the Throne Room to see if it holds a clue.'

Look for a small narrow path, leading downwards to find a chest containing

Dwarven Black Iron Greaves for Hadhod. At the circular-ish area near the save

point, look for a chest under some wooden construction. You will receive an

Epic Scene - Key to the Book of Secrets.

Return to the junctions, and make your way to the Throne Room (the junction

leading to the straight path and many small rooms). View another cut scene,

and this will complete the 'Find the Book of Secrets' quest as well as begin

a new quest. You also receive an Epic Scene - Berethor Flashback.

[WM5] Find the Chamber of Records

===================================

'Reach the ancient Chamber of Records on the far side of Moria to perhaps

learn more about the hallways that exit the mountain to the east.'

Return to the junctions and make your way to the room which earlier

contained the locked chest which was not accessible without the 7 Runes (if

you are coming from the throne room, it is the junction on the right).

You can now open this chest which contains the Dwarven Velvet Hauberk and

the Dwarven Velvet Tabard for Hadhod. You also get a new Epic Scene -

His Balrog Spells.

Now, go around all the walls of this room to find a hidden door. It is

slightly to the left of the area. Idrial will speak in a different language,

and the door will open. You receive a new Epic Scene - Dwarrowdelf.

There is a chest on the right containing 3rd Age Silverlode Raging Waters

Pendant for Idrial. Go to the end of the room where there is a save point.

This will complete the 'Find the Chamber of Records' quest.

You now have completed 100% of the West Moria Chapter.

-----------

East Moria

-----------

'Moria's mazes open upon the vast underground Dwarf city of Dwarrodelf,

where a terrible flaming monster is said to lurk.'

As you move on to the next room, you will be attacked by a band of goblins.

Use Hadhod's Endure Flame skill, and Idrial's Haste of Elves to speed up

your strongest player. Also use Berethor's Leadership skills to improve the

strength of the party. I received a 3rd Age Woodland Steel Falchion (Idrial),

a 2nd Age Elven Ring of Wrath (Berethor) and a Dunedain Wool Captain's Cloak

(Elegost).

View the next cut scene, which will begin a new quest.

[EM1] Reach the Bridge of Khazad-dum

through Great Halls and search for crumbling stairways.'

Walk on to the next room, and another two new quests will start.

Find an axe Balin was rumoured to have ordered buried here.'

[EM3] Find the Dwarf Lord Statue

==================================

'Hadhod must search out the statue of Nain and pay homage to this great

Dwarf Lord and founder of Moria'.

At the save point, you will get notification that you have unlocked a

new chapter in Evil Mode.

As you walk further into the room, on the left hand side, there is a dead

end area that contains a chest with Ithilien Ranger Leather Overbraces for

Elegost. Further in, you have to fith a party of Goblins. Use Berethor's

Leadership skills to strengthen the party, and Elegost's Arrows of Flurry.

I received a Gondorian Wool Fountain Guard Cloak for Berethor after the battle.

Furthur on, you will fight a large Cave Troll. After you defeat him, you will

complete the 'Find Balin's War Axe' quest and begin a new quest. You also

receive a 3rd Age Dwarven Black Iron Walking Axe for Hadhod and a new Epic

Scene - Troll Slaves. This is the first of nine trolls you have to defeat.

[EM4] Kill Nine Trolls of Moria

================================

'When Moria was overrun, nine fearsome Trolls led the host of Mordor.

Avenge the fall of Moria and the death of Hadhod's family.'

Before you reach the door, on the right there is a small area (looks like a

whale's tail!) that contains a chest with a 3rd Age Dwarf Belt Buckle of Moria

Steel for Hadhod. Further up, on the left, there is another chest that contains

a Cracked Elfstone of Blunt Defence.

Pass through the door. Save your game at the Save Point.

As you approach the room with the Dwarf Lord Statue (the orange dot), you will

be attacked by a Cave Troll and a goblin. I received a Dwarven Steel Pauldrons

for Hadhod after defeating them. This will complete the 'Find the Dwarf Lord

Statue' quest, and you will have defeated Troll 2 out of 9. There is a chest

containing Gondorian Steel Citadel Guard Greaves for Berethor in that area.

Travel onwards until you see a cut scene, and you will receive an Epic Scene -

Aragorn of the Dunedain. Move on to the next save point, where you will

receive two new quests.

[EM5] Find Dwarven Dragon Armour

================================

'Retrieve a suit of armour crafted ages ago as a priceless Dwarven gift

to former allies, but never delivered because of Moria's fall.'

[EM6] Slay Goblin Spirit Wielder

=================================

'End the rising power of the Goblin horde by killing the Goblin Spirit

Wielder who conducts sacrifices in the Great Halls.'

There is a chest not too far from the save point on the left, containing a

Cracked Elfstone of Fire Protection. Go down the dark cave, and view the cut

scene. You will immediately enter a battle with a group of goblins, following

which, I received a Dunedain Suede Leather Skirt of Arnor (Elegost) and a 3rd

Age Goblin Shield of Moria (Berethor). This completes the 'Slay Goblin Spirit

Wielder' quest.

There is a chest in the area to the left of the fiery stuff, which contains a

3rd Age Gondorian Brooch of Spirit Warding (Elegost).

Take the path outwards and you will soon find a new quest.

[EM7] Stop the Goblin Drummer

==============================

'The Goblin Drummer will alert all of Moria's Goblin horde if he is not

silenced.'

As you make your way towards the goblin drummer, you should enter another

battle with a cave troll (3 out of 9). After you defeat the goblin drummer, (I

received a Gondorian Steel Citadel Guard Fault for Berethor), the quest 'Stop

the Goblin Drummer' will be completed.

Go to the next chamber which is located at the other end of the room. It's

a underground tunnel. A new quest will begin.

[EM8] Kill the Goblin Chieftain

=================================

'Cut down the Goblin Chieftain to avenge the desecration of the tomb of

Hadhod's ancestors.'

To the left of the save point, there is a chest containing a 3rd Age Dwarf

Belt Buckle of Moria Gold (Hadhod). Follow the long and windy path, and

eventually you will do battle with the 4th Cave Troll (received a 3rd Age Dwarf

Belt Buckle of Moria Silver for Hadhod).

The area to the left has a chest containing a 3rd Age Steel Dwarven War Hammer

for Hadhod. The dead end area on the right contains a Cracked Elfstone of

Earth Protection.

Walk up the stairs to view the Moria statues and enter a fight with the 5th

Cave Troll (received 3rd Age Steel Broad Sword of Gondor for Berethor, 2nd

Moria.'

Examine the glowing light towards the end of the room to receive a 3rd Age

Rohan Steel Long Sword for Idrial. Go along the curvy path on the right.

Follow the path, until you go down a tunnel. View the next cut-scene, and

you will be ambushed by a group of goblins. After defeating them, you will

have completed the 'Kill the Goblin Chieftain' quest. A new quest has begun.

You also receive an Epic Scene - Hadhod's Sorrow.

[EM10] Find Lorien's Golden helm

==================================

'Somewhere in Moria a Golden Battle Helm awaits the Elves of Lorien, lost

payment for safe Dwarven passage beneath the trees.'

Examine the glowing light to receive a 3rd Age Elven Gold Plated Greaves for

Idrial and a 3rd Age Moria Goblin Short bow for Elegost. This will complete the

'Find the Goblin bow' quest.

Find the next save point, and save your game. I was attacked by 2 trolls at

once a bit further on. After you enter the next room, you will complete the

quest 'Reach the Bridge of Khazad-dum' and receive an Epic Scene -

The Great Bridge. Walk forward to view a cut-scene. Immediately after the cut

scene, you will enter a battle with a couple of Cave Trolls. After defeating

them, the quest 'Kill Nine Trolls of Moria' is completed.

There is a chest nearby containing a 3rd Age Dwarven Battle Shield of Moria

and a 3rd Age Elven Gold Plated Battle Helm, which completes the 'Find

Lorien's Golden Helm' quest.

You have now completed 100% of the East Moria chapter.

My advice is to go back to the save point and save, as you have a tough

battle coming up. You will be doing battle with the Balrog, however, you

will gain a new character, Gandalf. He is very powerful, use his Bolt of

Valar to deal 5000+ damage each time. His Wizards Drain will drain the Balrog

of AP and restore some to your party. If your health is down, use Ent Draught

Flask on the party, which will restore greater Health to all, or Kingsfoil

Leaves, which will restore a smaller amount of Health Points.

Here's a strategy which was emailed to me by Matt McCrady.

****************************************************************************

I don't know if this works the same for everyone, but by the time I

defeat the two final cave trolls, I have built up my attack meter to

Perfect, ad I leave it there for the battle with the Balrog. After

defeating the trolls save my game, as you advise, and then I go into

battle.

I use my first few turns this way. I use the Morgul Decay item to

remove the Balrog's armour--whether this does any good, I can't tell,

but at least I do not get the message that Balrog is "Immune" to it.

I use Berethor to increase the company's "Might." I use a "Defy Fire"

vial on Gandalf. And then finally, I unleash my "Perfect" attack. I

use the "Fell Clawing" attack. The arrow volley does not do enough

damage, and the Balrog is immune to the attack in which the Ent throws

a boulder.

After all this, the Balrog usually gets a turn. Sometimes he wipes

out my band of Merry men with the Roaring Inferno, sometimes he just

uses the sword or whip on Gandalf. Anyway, at some point everyone but

Gandalf is going to be dead. I usually revive only Idrial at first.

It is important to keep at least one other character alive in order to

keep Gandalf alive. Idrial is best because she can use the "Gift of

Galadriel" to heal Gandalf. Her water attack is also very potent

against the Balrog. These two facts make her more indispensable than

the other members of the party.

The battle usually goes back and forth at this point, with Gandalf

using the light of the Valar to strike the Balrog, and the Balrog

repeatedly killing either Gandalf or Idrial. It's important to keep

Gandalf healed enough that both characters don't die at the same time.

Eventually, the Balrog will have used or been drained of enough Attack

Points that he can only use the whip or sword, which greatly increases

one's odds of winning. At this point, I revive other members of the

party. Elegost is good because ranged shots seem to be the only thing

that does any damage to the Balrog. Reviving him and Berethor,

though, is really nothing more than a delaying tactic to give Gandalf

and Idrial time to take deal some serious damage to the Balrog. I

usually use Berethor and Elegost only for using "Items" to heal the

party or deliver attack points to the party. Sometimes I attack with

Elegost, though. Once you've got all four members of the party

revived, and the Balrog is only striking with whip or sword, you've

got the upper hand. I usually enter the battle with 30 Elf Medicines,

and I use lots of them. You can revive and revive and revive until

eventually you win just by continually reviving until Gandalf can deal

enough damage to win.

****************************************************************************

Another strategy from someone who emailed me:

****************************************************************************

Use Hadhod's Endure Flames then cast his stone shield. Idrial should be

alive to heal...you should cast the shield on her.

****************************************************************************

After you defeat the Balrog, you will enter East Emnet Gullies. You will

receive Epic Scene 36 - 38.

After I completed the chapter, I noticed that Scene 31 was missing, so I went

back to East Moria to search for it. As soon as I entered East Moria, there

was a shining light in front of me. Examine it to get Gondorian Steel Captain's

Guard Pauldrons for Berethor and an Epic Scene - The Fellowship's Passage Here.

Go back to the entrance and take the left path again, past the gate that is

still closed. There are two more levers to activate up here. Battle some wild

men to receive a 2nd Age Dwarf Belt Buckle of the Miners for Hadhod as well

which has now been opened.

important being a 3rd Age Rohirric Bronze Felling Axe for Morwen. Follow

party. You receive a Rohirrim Banded Leather Helm for Eaoden and a

3rd Age Dread Orc Blade of Mordor for Berethor after the battle as well

as an Epic Scene - The Horse and the Rider.

Make your way to the end of the path. The first time, I got to the end of

the path, and saw the dead bodies scattered around. However, it was like

there was an invisible wall, and I couldn't go any further. What I did was

to go back and forth from the tunnel to the save point, and the second time,

a cut scene began when I reached the last save point. This time, I saw the

cut scene between Morwen and her dead family. This completes the

'Morwen's Family' quest.

containing Dunedain Wool Riding Hood for Elegost. Go down the stairs and

take the tunnel to the left. On the left hand side, there is a 2nd Age

Elven Cuisse of Spirit Warding for Morwen.

Go back out again and take the stairs down on the left. Turn left and go

down the stairs. Follow the path all the way and there will be a cut scene

with Aragorn. This will complete the 'Speak with Aragorn' quest. You will

also receive an Epic Scene - Secrets of the Family. You also get a new

quest.

[HD8] Return to Gamling

========================

'Return to Gamling in the Armory and learn how you may assist in the

defensive preparations. He will need every sword.'

Theoden can be found near the two semi-circles in the map. There is an orange

dot where he is standing. Move near him and watch the cut scene. This

completes the 'Speak with Theoden' quest. You receive an Epic Scene -

Helm's Deep Convergence.

Go back to the Armory and speak to Gamling, which completes the above quest.

Gamling will ask whether you are ready to go to Deeping Wall. Make sure you

have saved your game before you answer yes.

During the battle, try to knock off the Uruk-Hai Ladders after you have

defeated the Uruk-hai standing in front of it, otherwise more Uruk-hai will

keep on climbing up. Use Berethor's Stand Fast ability so that you will be

immune to the Stagger Strikes. Legolas's Uruk Skewer is very powerful, try

and use that as often as you can. Use Idrial to cast Haste of the elves on

Legolas, so his attack speed will increase. You can also try stunning attacks

such as Elegost's Crippling Shot, Idrial's Stunning Strike, etc.

I received a 2nd Age Steel Numenorian Long Sword for Berethor and

Minas Tirith Bronze Vambraces for Elegost after the first battle. Make

sure your characters are fully healed towards the end of the battle, as

they will start the second battle straight after this.

The second battle begins immediately after the first. I received a 3rd Age

Iron Cutlass of Isengard for Idrial and a 3rd Age Isengard Uruk-hai Battle

Shield for Berethor after the second battle. After the third battle, I

received a Rohirrim Steel Helm for Eaoden and a Gondorian Steel Fountain Guard

Fauld for Berethor.

Gimli joins you for the next battle. Use Elegost's Ranger Craft - Arrows of

Sleep, this puts all of the Uruk-Hai to sleep, then you can focus on one at

a time. Each time you kill the original Uruk-Hai, there will be 4 replacements,

one after the other. Eaoden's Rupture Armor skill comes into good use here.

After this battle, I received a 3rd Age Iron Uruk-hai Pike and Rohirrim

Boiled Leather Vambraces for Eoden.

After all the battles, equip your new equipment, upgrade the stats for each

character and save the game. You have a new quest

[HD9] Aid Aragorn at the Gate

===============================

'Hurry to the Helm's Deep Main Gate and help Aragorn defend it against the

Uruk-hai assault.'

This is a good time to travel back to other chapters to level up your

character's skills. I made sure that each of my characters learnt the

Gift of Galadriel skill from the Elfstone of Pure Light, so that they could

heal each other during battle. After I had done that, then I returned to

Helm's Deep.

When you exit the armory, make sure you take the left turning into the semi-

circle area as soon as you exit. Examine the glowing lights to get a

Rohirrim Boiled Leather Vambraces for Morwen and a 3rd Age Lothlorien

Flaming Might Pendant for Idrial. Now, return to the armory and save your

game again.

This time when you exit, go straight to the end of the path and turn left.

Aragorn will join your party for this battle. I recommend using an Arnor

Mushrooms for Aragorn, so that he will have unlimited AP.

First, have Elegost cast his Arrows of Sleep. Then, let Idrial caste Haste of

Elves on Aragorn. Always use Aragorn's most powerful attack. Use Berethor's

Leadership Skills as well as the stunning attacks of Idrial (Stunning Strike),

Hadhod (Crippling Smash) and Elegost (Crippling Shot).- I received

Gondorian Steel Fountain Guard Vambraces for Berethor and Rohirrim Iron Greaves

for Eaoden after the battle.

Another battle begins immediately between two Uruk-hai's and a troll. Take out

the two Uruk-hai's first, as their HP is less. I received a 3rd Age Elven Silver

Tiara of the Galadhrim for Idrial and a 3rd Age Silverlode Raging Waters Pin for

Eaoden. Yet another battle begins immediately.

I found this battle even tougher than the one with Aragon. Get Idrial to cast

her Frenzy as soon as you can. Cast Aura of the Valar on herself and one other

character (preferably your strongest character). Use Idrial to revive/cast Aura

of the Valar as much as possible. She must ALWAYS be in your party. As soon as

she dies and revives herself, cast Aura of the Valar on herself yet again so

that she will auto-revive the next time round. You have to get this rhythm

correct.

Use your characters double skills so that they can always take two turns at

one time. Then use their most powerfull attacks. Use Berethor's Stand Fast

Skill to avoid the Staggering Attacks together with Eaoden's Armor Rupture

skill. I received a Dwarven Steel Scale-mail Hauberk for Hadhod and a 3rd Age

Rohirrim Shield of the Royal Court for Berethor.

After all these many, many battles, you will finally complete the 'Aid Aragorn

at the Gate' quest as well as the 'Defend Helm's Deep' quest. The Helm's Deep

Chapter is now 100% completed! After saving your game, you will have unlocked

a new chapter for Evil Mode.

----------

Osgiliath

----------

'This ancient Gondorian city straddles the Anduin River east of Minas Tirith,

and for years has defended against river crossings.'

Move past the save point and view a cut scene. You will then fight four

battles with Orcs, one after the other. Elegost's Arrows of Sleep works well

here. I received Rohirrim Steel Greaves for Morwen after the second battle and

a 3rd Age Silverlode Ring of Haven for Berethor after the third battle.

For the fifth battle, Faramir will join your party. I received a 2nd Age Steel

Long Sword of Minas Tirith and a Gondorian Steel Fountain Guard Chestplate for

Berethor after the battle.

For the Epic Scenes, I received The Elves Arrive, The Uruk-hai Army Approaches,

Shatter the Wall, Fall Back!, Saruman's End Draws Near, Final Retreat,

Look to My Coming!, You Are Free of His Possession, Osgiliath Assault and

Realization of Past Cowardice.

[OS1] Save the Defenders

==========================

'Come to the aid of Gondorian Defenders throughout the besieged city.'

There are several chests to the back of the save point, one near the bottom

of the stairs containing a 1st Age Golden Belt Buckle of The Lords for

Hadhod, and a 3rd Age Rohirric Double-Bit Axe for Morwen. Another is

directly behind the save point containing a 3rd Age Hammerhand Pin of Might

for Eaoden, you also receive an Epic Scene - A Long Planned Invasion.

Clear the square area of any fighting people. Towards the long path, there

is a chest containing Rohirrim Steel Vambraces for Morwen and an Epic Scene

- Denethor's Favor. Go to the next screen, and you will receive another Epic

Scene - Spawn of Sauron. Go to the little area and fight a battle with some

Orcs. I received a 2nd Age Dwarf Belt Buckle of The Lords for Hadhod. Now

a little way down the path there is a chest containing a 3rd Age Rohirric

Steel Spear for Eaoden.

For the next battle, I received a 3rd Age Gondorian Steel Infantry Spear for

Eaoden and a 3rd Age Gondorian Cuisse of Haven for Morwen. There

is a chest on the right hand pocket near the save point containing a Rohirrim

Plumed Steel Royal Guard Helm for Eaoden, and another containing a 3rd Age

Mirkwood Bow and a Dunedain Wool Ranger Hood for Elegost.

Moving along, I received Dwarven Steel Greaves for Hadhod, 3rd Age Mearas Pin

of Haven for Eaoden, 2nd Age Elven Steel Fauld for Idrial and a Rohirrim

Steel Helm for Morwen after battles. In the next mini-area, there is a chest

containing 2nd Age Elven Steel Pauldrons for Idrial.

In the next screen, view the cut scene and, you will receive a new quest and

a new Epic scene - Outmatched.

[OS2] To the Bridge!

=====================

'Fight through to Faramir and his men, so you may aid in the defense of

Osgiliath's main bridge.'

There is a chest to the left containing a 3rd Age Leather Cuisse of Haste for

Morwen and a 2nd Age Elven Pendant of Wrath for Idrial. Behind the fighting

people, there is a chest containing 3rd Age Easterling Polearm for Eaoden.

There's another chest containing Dwarven Steel Plate Vambraces for Hadhod and

a 2nd Age Rivendell Brooch of Sanctuary for Elegost around that area near the

orange dot.

Fight more battles with the people around that area to receive a Rohirrim

Steel Chain-mail Hauberk for Morwen, 3rd Age Rohirrim Battle Shield for Eaoden.

There is a chest to the right area of the save point containing 2nd Age Elven

Crystal Tiara of Nenya for Idrial. This completes the 'Save the Defenders'

quest.

Move towards the orange dot. I received a 2nd Age Steel Numenorian Battle Helm

for Berethor after fighting several battles. View the cut scene, and then a

battle will begin.

Faramir will join you for this battle. Try and attack Gothmog, the Orc Army

Commander. If you focus on the others, once they are dead, Gothmog will call

others to take their place. You can kill ONE Orc, if you kill two, Gothmog will

replace them.

You MUST use a Morgul Decay, this item is very useful. It will strip Gothmog of

his armor, so you will be able to deal critical hits to him. This battle was not

easy for me, the members in my party kept dying. Valinor Medicine was very

useful, it revives all the knocked out members in your party. Also use Idrial's

Frenzy, which allows her to take two spirit actions. Then use her Aura of the

Valar to protect your party members. If they are killed, they will automatically

be revived and their Action Points restored. Once you have removed Gothmog's

armor, use all the two/three strike melee attacks, and he should go down pretty

quickly.

After the battle, I received a Dwarven Steel Scale-mail Tabard for Hadhod and a

Dunedain Scale-Mail Hauberk for Elegost. This complets the 'To the Bridge!'

quest. You also get a new Epic Scene - Crossing the Anduin.

Now, turn back and save your game. Then, head towards the orange dot. View the

cut scene, after which you receive a new quest and a new Epic Scene -

Routes Known to Faramir.

[OS3] Rescue Idrial

======================

'You must find a way to reach the occupied island if you hope to rescue Idrial

before she is overwhelmed by enemies.'

Move forward, and you do battle with Idrial against 2 Orcs. After the battle,

receive another Epic Scene - Revelation of Morgul Possession. Move forward and

do battle with a Ringwraith Fell Beast Captain. Use Hadhod's Crippling Smash

and Elegost's Crippling Shot. After the battle, you receive an Epic Scene -

Fear of the Nazgul.

Go straight ahead, there is a chest at the end, to the left. Along the way,

I fought with another Ringwraith and received Rohirrim Steel Pauldrons for

Morwen. In the chest is a 2nd Age Dwarven Steel Battle Axe for Hadhod.

Now, take the other path. You will have several more battles against

Ringwraiths. Save your game at the save point. I had another battle with a

Ringwraith and received Rohirrim Leather Tassets and a 3rd Age Royal Court

Gold Spear for Eaoden. Go back and save your game before continuing forward.

In the next scene, you will receive a new quest.

[OS4] Spoils of War

=====================

'Many of the Enemy's weapons have been lost to the river. You must find one

that will aid you in this battle.'

If you go straight ahead, then turn left, you will have a battle between

Idrial and two enemies. They keep hitting you with the Staggering Bash,

so that you hardly ever get a chance to go! To the end of the path, is a

3rd Age Easterling Battle Shield for Berethor and a Polished Elfstone of Armor

Enhancement. After getting these items, you will complete the 'Spoils of War'

quest.

Now, make your way towards the orange dot. On the right to the end, is a

save point. Make your way to the large area. Turn right just before that,

there is a chest containing Rohirrim Steel Pauldrons for Eaoden. Now, go to the

large area and there will be a new quest.

[OS5] Hands of Healing

=======================

'Idrial faces desperate odds and will certainly be wounded. You must

bring means to heal her for the fight yet to come.'

There is a save point somewhere in the waters. The shortest dead end path leads

you to a 3rd Age Spear of the Royal Guard for Eaoden and a 2nd Age Imladris

Ring of Sanctuary for Berethor. This completes the 'Hands of Healing' quest.

The next dead end on the right contained an Elfstone. The next dead end

contains Rohirrim Steel Vambraces for Eaoden and another chest with a

Gondorian Wool Warrior Cloak for Berethor and 2nd Age Numenorian Command

Pendant for Idrial. Go back towards the large area, there is a chest on the

left of the exit, containing 2nd Age Elven Mithril Greaves for Idrial and

Gondorian Steel Fountain Guard Pauldrons for Berethor. The dead end after that

contained a 2nd Age Dwarven Mithril Double-Bit Axe for Hadhod. After finding

all of the chests, the 'Spoils of War' quest should be completed.

Now make your way to the paths that intersect. There is a save point half

way through. Exit the sewers and Berethor and Idrial will fight against

two Ringwraith Shadow Captains. Have Idrial cast Haste of Elves on

Berethor and her auto-reviving skill, then simply use Berethor's strongest

attack. After the battle, I received a 3rd Age Emnet Pin of Fortification for

Eaoden.

Immediately after, you will have a battle with the witch-king of Agmar. He is

impossible to hurt, and you will view a cut-scene. Now, the battle will resume

again. Have Idrial cast Haste of Elves on Berethor, and use her to heal the

party. Berethor should cast his Leadership skill - Company Might, then attack

with his strongest attack skill. After the battle, I received a 2nd Age

Mithril Long Sword of Minas Tirith for Berethor and a 2nd Age Steel Elven War

Sword for Idrial. This completes the 'Rescue Idrial' quest. You will also gain

a new Epic Scene - Possession Overcome.

Exit the arena, and view the cut scene. A battle with two trolls will begin

immediately. I received a Rohirrim Steel Chain-mail Skirt for Eaoden and a 3rd

Age Mordor Orc Shortbow for Elegost after the battle.

You have now completed 100% of the Osgiliath Chapter.

-------------

Minas Tirith

-------------

'Standing upon seven walled levels, the White City has served as Gondor's

final bulwark against Sauron throughout the Third age.'

You first quest is to:

[MT1] Defend the Courtyard

============================

'Aid in the defense of Minas Tirith's Courtyard. Assist the Gondorian soldiers

to the last!'

Everywhere you see people fighting, aim for them. There's a save point in the

middle of the courtyard. After saving, you will unlock a new chapter in Evil

Mode. After the battles, I received a 3rd Age Gondorian Battle Shield for

Berethor, a 3rd Age Rohirrim Shield of the Royal Court for Eaoden and a

Dunedain Scale-mail Skirt for Elegost. This completes the 'Defend the

Courtyard' quest. There is a chest on the upper right hand corner (assuming

the orange dot is in front) containing a Gondorian Mithril Fountain Guard Helm

for Berethor.

Go towards the orange dot, where you will fight three trolls and then a mixture

of Trolls and Orcs. Use Berethor's Stand fast Skill to avoid stunning attacks.

After battle, save your game at the save point.

Move towards the orange dot, and view the cut scene with Gandalf. A battle

will begin immediately after. You fight a four group of Orcs, and then another

two groups of Orcs. Use Elegost's Arrows of Sleep skill to put the enemies to

sleep, and then attack them. I received a Dunedain Wool Captain's Hood for

Elegost after the battle. There is a new quest to complete.

[MT2] Stay the Rampaging Troll

================================

'A Mountain Troll has broken through the Main Gate defenses. You must stop

him before he causes more damage in the city.'

Look around, there is a cheest containing a 1st Age Mithril Belt Buckle of

the Fathers for Hadhod nearby. Make your way to the end of the path first,

there is a chest containing a 2nd Age Silver Lune Silver Scimitar for Idrial

and a 3rd Age Bronze Cuisse of Fortification for Morwen. Now, go back and

fight the Troll standing at the main gate. I received Dwarven Black Iron

Pauldrons for Hadhod after the battle. This completes the 'Stay the Rampaging

Troll' quest. You also receive a new Epic Scene - Darkness Overcome. There is

a chest in front of you containing a 3rd Age Citadel Guard Bronze Spear for

Eaoden.

Now go through the door where the orange dot is and view the cut scene. You

now have two new quests.

[MT3] Defeat an Outer Wall Troll

=================================

'A Troll is assaulting the Outer Wall. Stop him before he kills more

Gondorians and weakens that section of the city.'

[MT4] Save Troops from a Troll

===============================

'Orcs and a Troll have trapped a group of Gondorian warriors in an alley

behind the Outer Wall. Stop these attackers quickly.'

Move forward and save your game. Go to the left, and do battle with two Trolls.

This completes the 'Defeat an Outer Wall Troll' quest. You also receive a new

Epic Scene - Linked Gates. There is a chest just in front containing

Gondorian Steel Warrior Greaves for Berethor.

Now, turn around and go the other way. There is a chest containing a

2nd Age Numenorian Ring of Command for Berethor. Go up the stairs and take

the left junction. You will do battle with two trolls and receive a 3rd Age

Fangorn Binding Pendant for Idrial. This completes the 'Save Troops from a

Troll' quest.

Turn around and go the other way. View the cut scene, then begin a battle

against several Orcs. You only have control of Morwen, Eaoden and Hadhod

during this battle. After that, you do battle with a Ringwraith. You control

Berethor, Idrial and Elegost here. You will alternate between battling Orcs

with the first party, and Ringwraiths with the second party. After the battle,

you receive a new Epic Scene - Gondor is Weak.

There is a chest just beside you on the right, containing a 2nd Age Dwarven

Mithril Piercing axe for Hadhod and a Polished Elfstone of Action

Enhancement. On the right area, do battle with a group of Orcs to receive a

Rohirrim Steel Chain-mail Skirt for Morwen. In front of the save point is a

chest containing Minas Tirith Mithril Vambraces for Elegost.

In one of the areas on the left, I battled with a group of Orcs to receive a

2nd Age Fountain GUard Bronze Spear for Eaoden.

Now aim for the trolls and defeat them. I received a Sword of the Stewards of

Minas Tirith for Berethor and a 3rd Age Wild Man Spear of Dunland for Eaoden

after the battle. You also receive a new Epic Scene - Gandalf Rallies the City.

On the left, there is a chest containing Numenorian Steel Pauldrons for

Berethor. Move forward and you will receive a new quest.

[MT5] Defend the Third Gate

============================

'Prevent the Orcs at the Third Gate from breaking through.'

There is a chest in front containing a 2nd Age Mithril Cuisse of Might for

Morwen and a 2nd Age Rivendell Pin of Sanctuary for Eaoden. Move forward

to the save point. There is a chest here containing a 2nd Age Elven Mithril

Fauld for Idrial.

Follow the path, fighting Orcs as you go along. I received a 2nd Age Eriador

Iron Falchion for Idrial after a battle. This completes the 'Defend the

Third Gate' quest. You also receive a new Epic Scene - I Shall Break Him.

To the front, at the dead end, is a chest containing 2nd Age Elven Mithril

Vambraces for Idrial. Follow the path and you receive a new quest.

[MT6] Stop Nazgul and Fell Beast

=================================

'You must check the Nazgul and his Fell Beast as they attempt to slay all

Gondorian defenders at the Fourth Gate.'

There is a chest to the right containing Rohirrim Steel Chain-mail Hauberk for

Eaoden. After defeating the Nazgul, I received a Rohirrim Steel Scale-mail

Hauberk for Morwen. This completes the 'Stop Nazgul and Fell Beast' quest.

Further along the path, there is a chest containing a 1st Age Eregion Ring of

Weapon Warding for Berethor. A bit further on, there is a chest containing a

Rohirrim Heavy Steel Helm for Morwen and a Rohirrim Velvet Overcloak for

Eaoden.

Towards the end, you will receive a new quest.

[MT7] Aid Gandalf vs. Witch-king

=================================

'You must join Gandalf and help him drive the Witch-king away. Do this before

he prevails against the White Wizard.'

Just in front is a chest containing Gondorian Steel Warrior Vambraces for

Berethor. Go through the door and view the cut scene. The battle will now

begin.

Use Idrial to caste Haste of Elves on Gandalf. Use Gandalf's Bolt of the Valar

each time which causes around 25,000 damage. This battle was no problem at all

for me due to Gandalf! I got a 2nd Age Gold Elven Battle Shield for Berethor

after the battle. This completes the 'Aid Gandalf vs. Witch-king' quest.

There is a chest to the left containing a 2nd Age Isildur's Pin of Wrath

for Eaoden. Further down that little alley, there is another chest containing

Rohirrim Steel Captain's Greaves for Eaoden. In the little dead end on the

right, there is a chest containing a 2nd Age Steel Dwarven War Hammer for

Hadhod.

Now, go to the next screen. View the cut scene and then you receive a new quest

as well as an Epic Scene - Not All Shall Live.

[MT8] Recover Banner of Elendil

=================================

'You must defend Gondor's Throne Room and then recover an ancient banner that

will aid you upon the Fields of Pelennor.'

There is a chest on the left as soon as you enter the Throne Room that contains

a Rohirrim Mithril Helm of the Great Hall for Eaoden. To the right, is another

chest containing a 2nd Age Numenorian Brooch of Command for Elegost.

After the battles, I received a 1st Age Steel Long Sword of Eriador for

Berethor, 2nd Age Elven Mithril Pauldrons for Idrial, a Gondorian Steel

Warrior Chestplate for Berethor. Moving towards a chest on the right

(containing Rohirrim Steel Captain's Pauldrons for Eaoden) in front of the save

point, I received an Epic Scene - Failure of the Steward. Towards the end of the

room, battle some Orcs to receive a Dwarven Mithril Scale-mail Tabard for

Hadhod. This completes the 'Recover Banner of Elendil' quest as well as 100% of

the Minas Tirith Chapter.

----------------

Pelennor Fields

----------------

'These open fields surrounding Minas Tirith are destined to fill with Orcs,

should Gondor's Control of the river ever falter.'

At the start of this chapter, you will do battle with some Orcs. After the

battle, I received a 3rd Age Rohirrim Royal Guard Shield for Eaoden and a new

Epic Scene - The Six Thousand.

There are two quests when you begin this chapter.

[PF1] Ride to Ruin

====================

'Theoden fights for the future of the Free Peoples. Join him.'

[PF2] Fight for the King

==========================

'Fight for the King of the West in the final hour, as the Dark Lord moves to

crush the world of Men.'

There is a chest to the right, at the back containing Rohirrim Steel Captain's

Pauldrons for Morwen. To the left, is a save point. You will unlock a new

chapter in Evil Mode when you save your game.

Move forward, fighting several a battle with Orcs as you do so. In the next

screen, there is a chest on the left containing a Gondorian Wool FOuntain Guard

Hood for Elegost and a 1st Age Galadhrim Pin of Spirit Warding for Eaoden.

Continue onwards to battle more Orcs. I received a 1st Age Mithril Long Sword

of the Valar for Berethor and a 2nd Age Elven Gold Spear of Amon Hen for Eaoden.

As you reach a junction with a save point, you will receive an Epic Scene -

New Tactics.

Go straight and do battle with an Orc and a Troll. I received a 2nd Age

Forlindon Mithril Falchion for Idrial and a 3rd Age Shield of the Stewards for

Berethor. There is a chest at the end of the path. Now, go back to the save

point and take the other junction.

Take the left junction. I received a Dwarven Mithril Pauldrons for Hadhod and

Rohirrim Steel Tassets for Morwen after battles. Straight ahead, there is a

chest containing a 3rd Age Dwarven Mithril Walking Axe for Morwen. Continue

along the path, there is a chest containing a 3rd Age Elven Silver Tiara of

Caras Galadhon for Idrial.

Now, go back to the junction and turn left. I received a Rohirrim Steel

Scale-mail Hauberk for Eaoden and a 2nd Age Earendil Mithril Battle Shield for

Berethor after battles with a Ringwraith. There is a save point on the left.

Further in, you will receive an Epic Scene - Monsters From the South.

After battling a Troll and a Easterling warrior, take the junction to the

right. I received Dwarven Mithril Vambraces and Dwarven Mithril Greaves

for Hadhod after battles. There is a chest containing a 1st Age Galadhrim

Brooch of Spirit Warding for Elegost and a 1st Age Eregion Pin of Weapon

Warding for Eaoden. Turn around and go back to the other junction now.

You have to fight a giant elephant-like creature now. After defeating it,

there is a save point to the left (a bit behind). Move forward and view a cut

scene, after which you will fight the witch king. Eowyn will join your party

for this battle.

First, use Morgul Decay on the Witch-king. This will totally remove his

armor. Next, use all the weakening attacks, eg weaken armor, speed, etc.

Idrial - Weakening Slash

Hadhod - Hew Armor

Morwen - Poisoned Wounds

After that, I used the many-striked melee attacks. If a party member died, I

used Idrial's Power of the Valar, which resurrected them to full health and

replenished their AP.

After the battle, I received a Helm of the Great Hall for Morwen and a 2nd

Age Silver Spear of The Queen of Lorien for Eaoden. This completes the 'Ride

to Ruin' quest. You also receive an Epic Scene - Fall of the Witch-king.

Continue along the path, you will have to fight against Easterling warriors.

If they use the Black shield, then use Eaoden's Spirit Powers - Dispel to

remove the shield. There is a save point nearby after the battle as well as a

chest which contains a 3rd Age Easterling Iron Broad Axe for Morwen.

Move on to fight the elephant after which I received a 2nd Age Fell Numenorian

Battle Helm for Berethor and a 3rd Age Rohan Infantry Shield for Eaoden. Go

along the path and battle another elephant.

Turn left at the junction to do battle with Orcs and Easterlings. There is a

chest containing Drops of Healing and Dwarven Ale. Now go back to the

junction and take the other path.

You now have to battle TWO elephants at one go. Get Idrial to cast her Frenzy

as soon as you can. Cast Aura of the Valar on herself and one other character.

Use Idrial to revive/cast Aura of the Valar as much as possible. She must

ALWAYS be in your party. As soon as she dies and revives herself, cast Aura

of the Valar on herself yet again so that she will auto-revive the next time

round. You have to get this rhythm correct in order to beat the two

elephants.

Use your characters double skills so that they can always take two turns at

one time. Then use their most powerfull attacks. My two favourite characters

are Berethor (use his double skill and then his multiple melee attacks) and

Hadhod (his attacks are VERY powerful). Using this method, I was able to beat

the elephants on my second attempt.

Move forward to view a cut scene. Immediately after that, you will fight some

Orcs and a Troll. You have control of Aragorn during this battle. This was

so easy compared to the previous one! Use Elegost's arrows of sleep to put

some of them to sleep, then take them out one by one. Use Aragorn's Call the

Dead skill to completely destroy the enemies! There is a save point slightly

behind you after this battle.

Move forward to the next scene to battle a Ringwraith. After defeating it, I

received a 3rd age Bronze Cuisse of Battle for Morwen. The next battle is

with Orcs and a Troll. I received an Epic Scene - Return of the King after the

battle. In the next battle, you fight against some Orcs, again, very simple.

Just use Aragorn's Call of the Dead and they will all go down. This completes

the 'Fight for the King' quest. You also receive the final Epic Scene -

The Brave Prevail. This completes 100% of the Pelennor Fields chapter.

Save your game and then move forward. You will fight against three Trolls.

After the battle, view the cut scene and then battle against four Ringwraiths.

When you finish that battle, you will start another one with more Ringwraiths.

View the next cut scene, and then you will fight against the Eye of Sauron.

Again, use Idrial to cast Frenzy, then Aura of the Valar. Use Morgul Decay as

soon as you can to get rid of the Eye's Armor. Then, just attack with your

most powerful skills.

When it casts Paralysis of Light, use Dwarven Ale on Berethor, so that he

can cast his Shield of Courage, which will remove all the negative effects.

Alternatively, you can use Idrial's Cleansing Waters to rid the anti-magic.

After you have finished with the last battle, view the cut scene. This ends

your game!

I think it is not possible to gain 100%, at the last save point, you will only

have 99% completed. Most probably the last few battles complete the final 1%,

but as it is not possible to save the game at the end, we will never find out!

===============================================================================

[SKI] Skills

===============================================================================

Each character has different skills that they can learn. Perfect Mode skills

are the same for each character. Each character can gain skill points when they

use their skills. Each time they use a skill, they gain skill points. If they

miss the enemy or the enemy dodges, they will NOT gain a skill point. After

they gain enough skill points, they will learn the new skill that has been set

under the menu page.

In order to level up your skills quickly, here is a tactic that you can use.

Once you have gotten Elegost's Arrows of Sleep skill, use it to put the enemies

to sleep. Then you can use skills that do NOT attack the enemy (once you

attack, the enemy will wake up) such as Berethor's Leadership Skills, Hadhod's

Shield skills, Idrial's Healing skills, etc. Using this method, you should be

able to gain skills quickly.

For Morwen, if you use her Seize Skill, this will steal Skill Points from the

enemies. These points will alternate between her Dual-Axe craft and her Thief

Craft. Bigger enemies will get more SP, eg, if you steal from a troll, you can

get 3 or 4 SP.

There are also special skills that can only be learnt when an Elfstone is

equipped. For example, in order to Craft Items, the character needs to have

equipped that Elfstone. Once the skill has been learnt, it doesn't matter if

you equip the Elfstone to a different player, the skill will still be available

for use.

[ELF] Elfstones

===============================================================================

Elfstones can be found after certain battles. There are three elfstones:

1. Elfstone of Nimble Crafting

2. Elfstone of Pure Light

3. Elfstone of Fell Shadow

When the elfstones are equipped to a character, this character will be able to

learn special skills. Once a skill has been learnt, even if the elfstone is

equipped to a different character, the first character will always be able to

use the skills that they have learned.

The most important elfstone is the Elfstone of Pure Light. This elfstone allows

not just Idrial. You should make sure that every single character has learnt
