Hi everyone,
I am trying to track down a book for my mom's birthday. She loves fantasy and really wants to find some books she read once. Here is the kicker - she does not remember the author. So here is what I know from her. Its out of print and part of a series. Possibly a British author. Involves the god of chaos falling for some chick. Its a smaller book - maybe a couple hundred pages. I know thats not much to go on. I can find other books, but I am not familiar with fantasy. I thought maybe someone who has read them would recognize some of this!!! Its a shot in the dark, but if anyne can help. Thanks!

Michael Moorcock wrote a series of books about the gods of chaos. Have your mother go through a list of his books to see if she recognizes a title.

i personally liked "The Dark Elf Trilogy"

It follows the life and times of Drizzt Do'Urden, a darkelf through his first few years in the underdark to him excaping the binds that held him to him ultimately finding a "home" in the snowy mountains Icewind Dales. Drizzt has become one of the most enduring fantasy characters ever written i think.

another one is the warcraft archive

i have a ebook link for this one

here it is:
