I need to read one of these books for english. The stars next to them don't matter this is a copied and pasted list. I need a page turner, HELP:

Vonnegut's books are the closest you'll get to page turners on that list. My favorite authors on the list are Eliot and Faulkner but you probably wouldn't like them... especially faulkner. 'catcher in the rye' isn't a page turner unless coming of age is confusing you and you feel the need to relate to someone.



of the two Vonnegut books, I would recommend 'breakfast of champions.'

catcher in the rye: it really is sad and good and keeps you reading. it is the perfect length and it really has some good meanings/messages.
