Dangerous Days: The Autobiography of a Photojournalist, and its sequel, Blades: The Autobiography of a Rescue-Helicopter Pilot, both by J. William Turner. Realistic fiction about teens in several dramatic life and death situations set in Australia, England and California during the years 1981-1982 and 1995-2001. Each is written as a series of four shorter novels (about 100 pages per novel) inside a single cover dealing with teenage, adult and social themes.

Hey, I'm into those kind of books too.

I enjoy Twilight, Harry Potter...

I'm sure you've either read those or don't find them interesting.

I'm not trying to judge you.

My friends like these kind of books too but they hate Harry Potter and Twilight.

One thing I can suggest is the Artemis Fowl Series.

They are by Eoin Colfer.

They are about adventures of a young criminal mastermind.

He has an insane mother and no father.

He also has a Butler and Butlers' sister as body guards.

He attempts to steal gold from Fairies.

Even though he gets close, he fails.

Over time, he changes and then helps the fairies with their extraordinary problems.

He also falls for a hundred year old elf.

They intrigue me a lot.

I hope you enjoy them too.

I would say the Harry Potter series.

It's very fantasy, there are werewolves, wizards, and unicorns (And more!).

Also it is mysterious.

They (Hermione, Ron and Harry) try to solve mysteries,

It's a bit teen/child since it has some inappropriate scenes.

I don't think it is very dramatic, but I think for what you wrote you would totally enjoy the series.

Believe me, it's seriously good!

Or maybe the twilight series.

Its has vampires and werewolves,

It is VERY teen-ish book so I would not let my brother read it.

I hope this was helpful!

Not to beg or anything, if you think, please vote as best answer!

Thanks!

i think you read Only the Good Spy Young (Gallagher Girls)

In this fourth installment of the New York Times best-selling series, the Gallagher Girls must hack, spy, steal, and lie their way to the truth.as they go searching for answers, recognizing that the key to Cammie’s future may lie deep in the past.
