- How many times have you been caught daydreaming of your story?
+ Its time to stand up, do something random and sit back down? What happened during those few seconds?
- Your story is going good , I assume. What is the character doing where you ended off?
+ Its what time of day where you live? What about your story?
- Tell me, about your antagonist.
+ What are your characters talents?
- What's your opinions of cliches?
+ How your story going? How many pages?

Well that was random for sure but oh well. Have fun :)

+Turn to pg 16 (or close to it) and write what characters name comes up. In four sentences (no more no less) write about this character

Sixteen you say? Sure thang.

Ahhh, haha. Trevor Fragon. He's a pretty minor character, but he's a character nonetheless. I'm too lazy to write about him (hey, whatchadondo?) so I'm just going to copy-paste his little description bit:

"A short, mousy man lingered behind the Information Counter, watching Ariel suspiciously as she approached. His small blue eyes darted around the room uneasily behind his rounded spectacles, and his slight hooked nose seemed to almost merge with his coarse grey moustache, peppered with the occasional sliver of grey. He extracted a napkin from his breast pocket, and mopped his brow and balding scalp with it."

-Say three things you love and hate about your story

1: I hate the way I write.

2: I hate how I rush through things.

3. I hate my stunted creativity.

1. I love the mode of transport that I invented.

2. I love my antagonist.

3. Um... :|

+Turn to an object or a person in the room and say: "I am a great writer" What was the object or who was the person. If it was a person what did they say?

It was the cat, Tigger. He blinked at me a few times, before hauling himself to his feet and pottering off down the hallway. He wasn't impressed.

- How many times have you been caught daydreaming of your story?

Too many to count. It's embarrassing when you're caught daydreaming at the checkout though.

+ Its time to stand up, do something random and sit back down? What happened during those few seconds?

I fiddled with the telephone. It beeped at me, and I got a fright.

- Your story is going good , I assume. What is the character doing where you ended off?

She's having a rather awkward and tentative conversation with Maeve.

+ Its what time of day where you live? What about your story?

It's 1:22pm. Yeah, I have no life.

As for the story? They're eating brunch.

- Tell me, about your antagonist.

He's Ezekiel, and he's pretty epic.

+ What are your characters talents?

She likes to sleuth, although I wouldn't say she's particularly good at it.

- What's your opinions of cliches?

They annoy me to no end.

+ How your story going? How many pages?

Badly, very badly. I haven't written anything in AGES. I'm at 91 pages.

Sigh.

+Turn to pg 16 (or close to it) and write what characters name comes up. In four sentences (no more no less) write about this character

Dominic. He's a family man but has been unable to see his family in two years. He is greatly overshadowed by the MC. He's also loyal and helpful enough to the point it almost makes sense he wasn't made it to Puerto Rico yet. He will eventually though, it's just a matter of time.

-Say three things you love and hate about your story

I love my characters, plot, and the overall feeling I have when writing it.

I hate how massively complex and twisty my plot is, I hate that I forget a lot of the stuff I wrote in the beginning, and how my characters keep disregarding my own wishes and run wild and free within the story, leaving me to explain their actions.

+Turn to an object or a person in the room and say: "I am a great writer" What was the object or who was the person. If it was a person what did they say?

I told my cat. He blinked at me. I translate this to that he agrees.

- How many times have you been caught daydreaming of your story?

Caught? No ones ever caught me daydreaming. I've have caught myself but usually I don't mind, sometimes I just daydream on purpose about my story. I get good plot ideas when I do that.

+ Its time to stand up, do something random and sit back down? What happened during those few seconds?

I got a drink of gatorade and stretched a little. I haven't been sitting down for very long but still stretching is good :)

- Your story is going good , I assume. What is the character doing where you ended off?

I wouldn't say going good, but it's going ok. Two of my characters are inside the female characters house, they are cleaning up dinner and getting ready for the night. And the other two are on the streets plotting about the antagonist. I have no idea what the antagonist is doing right now. Who knows what he does in his free time, probably something horrible I don't want to know.

+ Its what time of day where you live? What about your story?

It's morning, only 9am where I live. In my story, it's evening around 6 or 7pm.

- Tell me, about your antagonist.

He's not only evil but crazy. Doesn't really relate to other people, I haven't decided if this is because he can't or won't. As a cliched antagonist, he likes pain and suffering. But he isn't really obsessed with MC so much.

+ What are your characters talents?

One of them is intelligent with leader like qualities.

My other character is really street smart, knows the ins and outs, can hotwire a car in a second and picks locks with anything.

My third main character isn't really good at anything. I guess I should do something about that.

And my third, she's a good cook, though it doesn't help anyone in the story much

- What's your opinions of cliches?

Some are alright, some are terrible. But regardless of which you choose to use, as long as you have an original plot with original characters, and the writing is clean with correct grammar, a few cliches will probably not ruin it.

+ How your story going? How many pages?

My story has it's up and down days. Right now I'm a little inbetween. I'm on page 136.

您好!

+Turn to pg 16 (or close to it) and write what characters name comes up. In four sentences (no more no less) write about this character.

Abel, my main character. He's somewhat of a pessimist due to the fact that he's dying of a terminal illness, but he's a decent guy deep down. /Very/ deep down. He's unconsciously manipulative and knows exactly how to wrap people around his fingertips. I consider him to be a border-line sociopathic pedophile when it comes to his relationship with a young girl he met at a park.

-Say three things you love and hate about your story

I love: how much freedom I have, how controversial it could be, and the relationship between Abel and Emilee, my two main characters.

I hate: my flower-y writing style, that whenever I start writing, I always get hungry and I never have anything good to eat, and everything else.

+Turn to an object or a person in the room and say: "I am a great writer" What was the object or who was the person. If it was a person what did they say?

The object was a tiny glass octopus that's sitting on my desk. :|

- How many times have you been caught daydreaming of your story?

By other people? If I had to guess, maybe four or five times? I tend to catch /myself/ daydreaming about it /all the time/, though.

+ Its time to stand up, do something random and sit back down? What happened during those few seconds?

I went to the kitchen and grabbed a baozi from the fridge. Mmmm.

- Your story is going good , I assume. What is the character doing where you ended off?

Emilee is telling Abel that she's afraid of dark and that there are monsters under her bed; that she's scared and wants to sleep with him for the night. Reluctantly, he allows her to crawl under the worn guest-room bed sheets with him.

+ Its what time of day where you live? What about your story?

It's almost 1:30PM where I'm at. In my story, I'd say it's about...midnight?

- Tell me, about your antagonist.

My antagonist is my protagonist. 'Nough said.

+ What are your characters talents?

Abel has a talent for painting, but it's never disclosed in the story. Emilee can sing relatively well for her age.

- What's your opinions of cliches?

I think they're necessary. Everyone tries to avoid them, but honestly, it's pretty unlikely that they'd be successful. Obvious cliches are annoying, but I suppose that can be tolerable if done correctly (girl being chased through a forest and it turns out to be a dream, darkest before the dawn, etc). I try not to use them, but I know I do. It's just a part of writing.

+ How your story going? How many pages?

It's going fine. Fine-ish. It's 82 pages so far.

I will do this while listening to music (very hard)

+Turn to pg 16 (or close to it) and write what characters name comes up. In four sentences (no more no less) write about this character

Leo is the main character's best friend. He is family-oriented and compassionate. His features are very handsome; blond hair, nicely built and has fair skin. In all, he's awesome :)

-Say three things you love and hate about your story

Love-

1. It is unique

2. It came to me in a dream

3. The characters are lovable

Hate-

1. It doesn't flow as well as it should

2. It isn't organized

3. It needs to get to the good parts!

+Turn to an object or a person in the room and say: "I am a great writer" What was the object or who was the person. If it was a person what did they say?

Me: I am a great writer.

Wall: I agree

Me: 0.o

- How many times have you been caught daydreaming of your story?

No one knows I write :P

+ Its time to stand up, do something random and sit back down? What happened during those few seconds?

I was too lazy to do that so nothing :)

- Your story is going good , I assume. What is the character doing where you ended off?

Oh, the usual, Emilie is going insane...

+ Its what time of day where you live? What about your story?

For me it is 8:19 pm. In my story it is the late evening, maybe 6?

- Tell me, about your antagonist.

Which one? All of them are stubborn and full of themselves.

+ What are your characters talents?

Emilie has a photographic memory when she reads.

- What's your opinions of cliches?

If you can twist it up, then I don't really care.

+ How your story going? How many pages?

If I divide the word count by 250 (that indicates how many pages my book would be on paperback) I have 101.54 (or I am halfway done with 102)

Woo!

EDIT: I am a noob. I am on page 102 and have 25,385 words

Thanks for letting me procrastinate my homework,

+Turn to pg 16 (or close to it) and write what characters name comes up. In four sentences (no more no less) write about this character

- My main character and her friends are being taken out of the jeep they were kidnapped in.

- My main character is brave, blunt, and tends to act on impulse. She does what she thinks is right, but sometimes ends up being wrong. She often speaks without thinking, which she regrets a lot. Overall, she's a good person, but she makes a lot of mistakes.

- Say three things you love and hate about your story

LOVE:

1. My plot. ^_^

2. My characters. (=

3. My actual writing... on my "good days". [;

HATE:

1. My writing on my "bad days".

2. My first draft. Ugh, it was terrible.

3. One of my main characters in my first draft. She's a side character, but she was *so* flat.

+Turn to an object or a person in the room and say: "I am a great writer" What was the object or who was the person. If it was a person what did they say?

- Too many to count. :p

+ Its time to stand up, do something random and sit back down? What happened during those few seconds?

- I drank a sip of my orange juice. :p

- Your story is going good , I assume. What is the character doing where you ended off?

- She's grabbing a gun from the bad guy's hands.

+ Its what time of day where you live? What about your story?

- New York- 9:26 PM.

- Africa- about noon.

- Tell me, about your antagonist.

- He's greedy and does the terrible things he does for money.

+ What are your characters talents?

- She learned Swahili in a few months, but she's definitely not very fluent.

- What's your opinions of cliches?

- They're fine as long as they're well written- but they're better if they have a unique twist put on them.

+ How your story going? How many pages?

- About thirty. :p I'm on my second draft.

"+Turn to pg 16 (or close to it) and write what characters name comes up. In four sentences (no more no less) write about this character"

Emeri Arion. 1) He is the director of a police agency (equivalent to our FBI) on the planet Haphez. 2) He looks older than he actually is because he has gray hair and his face is a little wrinkled, mostly with frown lines. 3) He doesn't like to get his hands dirty so he can often be found hiding out in his office while everyone around him is working hard. 4) He's pretty selfish and only cares about keeping his good name with his superiors so even when it seems like he's helping someone else he usually still has self-centered motives.

"-Say three things you love and hate about your story"

3 Things I Love:

- the characters

- the twists coming up in the plot

- the descriptions (maybe that's selfish but I like to think I do a good job!)

3 Things I Hate:

- the slower parts that are hard to write

- redundant dialogue

- not having a plan for a part that's coming up later

"+Turn to an object or a person in the room and say: "I am a great writer" What was the object or who was the person. If it was a person what did they say?"

Lol it was a coffee mug that was sitting on the desk next to the computer :)

"- How many times have you been caught daydreaming of your story?"

More times than I can count -- I have a really bad habit of doing it during class at school and suddenly I come back to reality and realize I've missed the last five minutes of lecture. Seriously, it happens on a daily basis :/

"+ Its time to stand up, do something random and sit back down? What happened during those few seconds?"

I turned off the furnace in my house because it's getting too hot

"- Your story is going good , I assume. What is the character doing where you ended off?"

My MC is sitting down to talk with one of my secondary characters about what has happened since the last time they saw each other two months earlier -- not very exciting, but important to the story

"+ Its what time of day where you live? What about your story?"

It's 4:15pm here, and in my story it's mid-morning (9:00ish) but the planet they're on has 26 hour days so I'm not really sure how they keep track of time -- I should probably figure that out!

"- Tell me, about your antagonist."

Well of course he's my MC's archenemy! He's her biggest competition skill-wise (they're both assassins) but she's beaten him out of many aspects of his job over the years and he's both jealous and mad at her. He framed her in the story although she doesn't know it yet.

"+ What are your characters talents?"

Well since she's an assassin I guess you could say killing people is a talent. She's very strong and very fast, and is a great fighter. She's good at fixing things and is also an excellent cook :)

"- What's your opinions of cliches?"

Sometimes they're inevitable, but I try my hardest not to use them. Of course, it's getting to the point where so many things are considered cliched that in some cases it's impossible NOT to use them.

"+ How your story going? How many pages?"

So far it's 71 pages double-spaced but in size 10 font. My current wordcount is 30,484

Thanks! I like answering these types of questions!

+Turn to pg 16 (or close to it) and write what characters name comes up. In four sentences (no more no less) write about this character

Main character's mom. The relationship they have is pretty sad, I think. She's never really been there for her son, who's sixteen at the story's start. Her neglect is the main source for his creation of music.

-Say three things you love and hate about your story

 - How it's totally unique. I know that might sound arrogant or whatever but it is.

 - My characters (see the hate part lol)

 - The fantasy aspects, spells, instruments, languages, names, and basically everything in the story are things I make up (excluding one name.. I had to keep it haha)

 - I hate how it's taking me so long to write it. Then again, the plot's been in my head for.. geez I wanna say like 6 or 7 years (if I had to put a number on it. It seems lie forever so I really can't tell for sure) so it sorta has to be. I know it might seem weird but I feel it's a part of who I am.

- I also don't like how I'm writing it. The sentences are sorta choppy (and my forth chapter is just awful!) but I'm trying not to worry about it. That's what other drafts are for, right? :]

Yeah, only two hates... sorry lol

+Turn to an object or a person in the room and say: "I am a great writer" What was the object or who was the person. If it was a person what did they say?

 - My brother just looked up from his PSP, stared at me, and then looked back down XD

- How many times have you been caught daydreaming of your story?

Never been caught. It's literally ALWAYS in my mind but I can snap back to reality super easy.

+ Its time to stand up, do something random and sit back down? What happened during those few seconds?

Dance move! :D

- Your story is going good , I assume. What is the character doing where you ended off?

 - One of my main characters (second one I created and by far my favorite) is explaining an armor-like fabric called Kisht to another character

+ Its what time of day where you live? What about your story?

- In Cali it's exactly five o clock. In my story it's around noon.

- Tell me, about your antagonist.

 - I have a lot of conflicts, mainly internal, but one of my antagonist is a total beeyotch rofl. Really stuck up, pampered ruler that (like almost all members of her race) despises humans.

+ What are your characters talents?

 - My main character (the one I mentioned above thats explaining the fabric) I start off as portraying to be really cool, slick, and awesome. But then you find out his huge flaw (it's more physical but also sorta mental/emotional too)

uhh sorry didn't answer the question xD two of my characters play the guitar. One's human so he plays it normally while the other plays a double necked guitar type thing... I would explain it but, like I said before, i have a ton of original things and my stories have been stolen before soooo yea. Sorry!

- What's your opinions of cliches?

 - If you're doing a spoof/parody, go crazy!!

+ How your story going? How many pages?

 - Slowly making progress. At around 67 pages and just barely scratched the surface.

Thanks for the question. It was fun :]

+Turn to pg 16 (or close to it) and write what characters name comes up. In four sentences (no more no less) write about this character

My MC as a child (oh how I despise myself for liking cliche flashbacks). At this point she is a rather normal, innocent child. The flashback is of the day before her life completely changed. In the scene she is watching her father argue with someone she doesn't recognize (he doesn't know she is there). She can tell something is seriously wrong even though she has no idea what they are talking about.

-Say three things you love and hate about your story

Love: the language I created for it, my two MCs, writing it in general

Hate: Trying to fill plot holes I am discovering in the history. It gets tedious. The fact that one of my lovely MCs gets mutilated, but I know I can't exactly give them an easy time of things. That when I start writing it, I forget about school work.

+Turn to an object or a person in the room and say: "I am a great writer" What was the object or who was the person. If it was a person what did they say?

My lamp did not respond. I am going to take this as being positive.

- How many times have you been caught daydreaming of your story?

Once by my crazy English teacher. I was racking my brains for ideas because it was a daft lesson.

+ Its time to stand up, do something random and sit back down? What happened during those few seconds?

I nearly fell over because my room is a f*cking tip.

- Your story is going good , I assume. What is the character doing where you ended off?

The two MCs are traveling. They are actually enjoying themselves, which is nice for the one who rarely gets a break.

+ Its what time of day where you live? What about your story?

Midnight. I think I have to go to bed after this. In my story the two MCs don't know what time it is as they are underground and without a watch or other device with the time on it. It's supposed to be about four in the morning, though.

- Tell me, about your antagonist.

He's pretty much a 'his species' supremacist who believes that humans should all be killed. How lovely of him. He was brought up in a city where everyone thinks this way, and became leader. He was eventually charged with treason and murder after trying to kill one of his country's leaders and killing a good few of her guards and servants in the process. And then he was executed, or so everyone thought.

(Wow that sounds sh*t when i write it out like that...)

+ What are your characters talents?

He is good at flying, even for his species. He also shows himself capable of surviving four years of being thoroughly alcohol dependent while homeless and not dying. My other MC finds out she is crazy good at solving problems and fighting later on.

- What's your opinions of cliches?

I try desperately to avoid them D:

+ How your story going? How many pages?

50 pages, 30,000 words. Working on the plan more than the story at the moment :3

It's says something about Madison.

She is sweet and a redhead with a beautiful voice.

Her smile makes my main character Sora heart stop.

When she talks, she is a little cold.

Love:

1)It's a mixture between romance/action/adventure

2)It's addictive

3)It involves the Zodiac

Hate:

1)No matter how much I try its similar to something

2)some of my characters have no personality

3)There are a little bit of dry parts

My printer

A lot and its kinda embarrassing because sometimes I do there facial expressions :)

Nothing :) no one is downstairs

They are right now trying to pack up camp and get the day started

Right now its night time :) in my story its early in the morning

He is evil! crazy! and cookie obsessed so i don't know why!

He can play the piano really well

and Madison can sing amazingly other than that Idk :)

I don't believe in them... a story is a story no matter what and when people say something is Cliche they need to seriously shut up because 99% of the time there story is "Cliche" as well

LOL I just stared but I'm on pg,20

pg 16. Aias had been a sweet boy once, long ago. He had loved Mary in that field behind the factory that seemed to them like an entire world. He looked at her now and his gaze turned cold with the emptiness in his heart. They had broken him, broken them.

3 things I love: my main character Aias, the flashbacks into his memory he keeps taking me to and that he makes me want to learn more about writing so I can write him right.

3 things I hate: Mary and Aias have taken a road that will lead me to some very dark places I'd rather not go to, I hate that will have to hurt them so very much and I hate that I'm gonna have to do research...

I turned to my husband (who was asleep). He said "what?"

I have been caught daydreaming about it just about every other day.

+ sorry but no. I just woke up, it's a random enough I can type.

Last thing I wrote was another flashback scene where Mary and Aias, aged 16 and 15 are kissing when the town bells ring. They say the bells are for Julius a boy who used to like Mary and who just took a permit to a girl named Julia (taking a permit is what we would call marriage today). They think it's real funny that Julius and Julia will be living together. The whole scene works around the fact that neither of them mentions taking a permit themselves.

It's 8.43 am here in Limerick, Ireland.

I have a double antagonist. My world is composed of a bunch of smallish nations who live under the rule of the Federates. The Federates pretend to be democratic and libertarian when really they're imperialists. They will find it convenient to start a war with Mary and Aias' nation but to be able to do so they must first present them as a barbarian nation in need of liberating. They will use Mary and Aias' story to that effect. On the other side of the coin, Mary and Aias' nation is an extremely puritanical, fanatical one. Aias was always politically minded against the Federates but will realise his own community can drive themselves to unimaginable horrors to be able to present themselves as "decent virtuous people". It's slightly more complicated, but I'm still at the beginning of world building so it's still hard to explain it all.

+ Aias is a fast runner and is strong. He is pretty handy with a hunting knife. Mary is strong too and can also use a hunting knife. She has strong survival instincts.

- I hope I can avoid them.

+It's only just started. I probably have around 30 handwritten pages in my notebook.

Names on pg 16: Revi. No one else has names in the story, but he says "Papa and Mama" in reference to his... well... papa and mama.

Three things I hate: I killed a kid, I killed a kid, and I killed a kid.

Three things I love: the relationship between the two MCs, the relationship between two of my villainy types, and part of it is set in a foreign country.

Tell someone I'm a great writer: Um... the person was my dog, Daisy. She's a tiny poodle who thinks she's half human and half cat. She said, "Give me more of that chili in your lap!" but she only used her eyes and her snuffly nose.

Been caught? No one catches me daydreaming! I have been caught writing it before when I was supposed to be doing other things. Helping my mom when she's out for a visit, working, cleaning the kitchen...

I didn't stand up because there is a big bowl of chili in my lap. I ate it with chips. It was good.

The character is um.... in transit, let's say. He's being unloaded into that foreign country I mentioned up there.

It is 6:36 in Texas and my story has no clocks.

My antagonist is a mean government, into bullying people to enhance its wealth. That's pretty much it.

Ha! Talents! Okay, I guess if I have to pick some, he could kick anyone's butt in a drinking contest. He's a good dad. He can hunt well for being so out of practice. Things he can't do; everything else. Cook. Sew mattresses. Make things... ooo, except for he made a crude hairbrush once.

Um... cliches are... well... generally cliches. Not always, but usually.

I'm mad at the story again. So it's not going at all because I'm mad at it. But, I have 170 pages thus far with 1.5 line spacing in word.

EDIT: Thanks a lot. Now my chili is cold. *runs to microwave*

Awesome, I love these things.

+ Turn to page 16

Piper is a typical street orphan who has no memory of his parents, save a vague impression of soft lullabies and warm, smooth skin. He is the smallest and scrawniest of his group, and is often snapped at and knocked around. His intentions are simple, innocent, and at times affectionate. Despite growing up on the streets, he is extremely naive compared to his fellow orphans/workers.

- Say 3 things love/hate about story.

I love it's complex plot, wide, diverse cast of characters, and its drama, mystery, and adventure. I hate... I hate how large parts of it are beyond my comprehension and evade my attempts to understand it. I hate how it pulls at my thoughts every moment of the day, so that even when I'm studying I look up every few minutes, sucked into its dazzling pull. My own fault, I know.

+ Turn to an object/person

A stuffed monkey named Ooie witnessed my random and slightly disturbing statement to no perceivable person (thanks lol), and, not surprisingly, said nothing at all. My brother just walked into the room, so I said it to him. His response : "Indeed. Why?"

- As afore mentioned, every darn second of the day! I see her haughtily tilted jaw and feel her overwhelming energy throbbing in her chest. I see his cold, indifferent blue eyes, and the dust, ingrained into his solid hands and wiry arms. Their passions and joys and triumphs and defeats play in my head whenever a song comes on the radio, whenever I shut my eyes to fall asleep. I suppose I'm addicted to it, much as I complain.

+ I'm afraid I didn't do it. Sorry, it's growing past my bed time and I've had a long day. Alright, I'll do it.

....Well, nothing much. My feet got a little colder?

- Yes it is, thank you. Finally. My protagonist just finished bolting off from something...strange in the shadows of an alleyway, and was sitting with knees clutched to her chest amidst a pile of empty crates in the Eastern marketplace, listening to the street boys' eerie story.

- She was a merry, clever thing as a child, before the secondary antagonist got a hold of her. And then, then she was abused and terrified and twisted and beaten until she became something quite different. Manipulative, seething, and dangerously yearning to mutilate some other bright young mind.

+ My main character? At this point in her journey, she's alarmingly well practiced at lying, deceiving her maids and tutor, escaping from the manor, pretending things, winning arguments, and getting into silly street fights.

- They're very clichéd. And, um... I don't know, perhaps they're a good thing for beginning writers. Nah, scratch that. They are what they are, and eventually a person who wishes to grow out of them will.

+ Sadly, six pages. And I don't know how it will grow very much, until I'm into college and then out of college. And then! Then it shall be marvelous and splendid in every way! Or so I keep telling myself.

That was fun! (:
