Well I'd say there are three main conflicts: Ever trying to make sure boyfriend doesn't go to Shadowland, her conflicting feelings about Jude, and trying to get Roman to give her the antidote.
Hope this helped =] I haven't read it since November, so I can't completely remember the climax, sorry!

The main conflict of Shadowland is learning to deal with their problem. They can't be together, none of their dna can touch, or they would be thrust into Shadowland for all eternity. So they have to fight Roman for the antidote, playing his game, waiting.

Well, there are many conflicts:
-Ever trying to keep her immortality a secret
-Ever trying not to come into contact with Damen
-Ever trying to keep her feelings for Jude at bay
-Ever trying to deal with Roman
This book has multiple climaxes, and only a few actually get to the height of the ride, if you will.
