The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost.

I memorized it in 7th grade (in 2002) and have had it memorized ever since then. Pretty good poem too :)

Browse through Good Poems for Hard Times, edited by Garrison Keillor. Your local library or college library should have it, or if they don't, ask them to get it for you. Libraries can almost always borrow a book from another library in the same system.

You'll find poems by "the greats" of the past, like e.e. cummings and Walt Whitman, and also some amazing poems by people you've probably never heard of. "It Is Raining on the House of Anne Frank," by Linda Pastan. "Ode to My 1977 Toyota," by Barbara Hamby. Wow.

If a medium length poem is 20 lines, try this one I wrote myself.

I love the poem The Raven by Edger Allen Poe. It is an awesome and somewhat spooky poem. I loved it. :)
