Sites about science fiction and other books?

i don't mean like barnes and nobles or amazon.... i went to another site which gave lists of science fiction books as well as the year and pictures for the covers. It was set up so that when you clicked the year like 2008 all the science fiction ( or other genre's ) of that year would appear in a long list. Wondering if anybody knows a site that is similar to it or that one if my luck is good?...
