"The Catcher in the Rye" - J.D. Salinger. Helped me realize the world can be pretty crappy and things never go as you plan but you just gotta keep going. You also have to understand the value other people have in your life and how much you can mean to someone else. It's also very inspirational to know that no matter how many mistakes you may make, tomorrow's always a chance to start over. Definitely a must read...

"The Man in Black" written by Johnny Cash. His life is very inspriational to me. The struggles and trials he had to overcome to find happiness, success, and love are the same ones many people face. Theres one point in the book when he hits rock bottom and goes out into the woods and finds a cave he vows to stay in until he dies. He came out and began a new road to recovery. His life was simply amazing. Everyone should read that book. "Cash" the autobiography is also good and more easily found.
