Invisibility cloak - that would be epic. Imagine all the tricks you could pull on filch and snape. You could cause serious havoc in quiddich games, make it hell for the slytherin players. Have a quick peek on Cedric. Plus you could eavesdrop on so many conversations. I'm sure Dumbledore's would be interesting.

Marauders map, because if you have that then you know where everyone is and if you needed to you could hide therefore completely getting rid of the need for an invisibility cloak. =)

Map. It would be interesting to see the secret passages. Also, if you have the map, you can see where everyone that you want to avoid is, where the cloak you have to watch out for people walking into you. While being invisible is a plus, it would be better to avoid them in the first place. Also, the map would show everyone for who they really were.

Best query- I feel Sirius and James would have been the hazard takers and as a result those who observed all of the secret passages and their way across the grounds whereas Remus would were dependable, being a conscientious student and all, in certainly designing it, with the support of the opposite two- i don't consider Peter did much at all- simply sat along for the ride..
