Yes they are great books that both adults and kids can enjoy. But it helps if you're the kind of person that likes fantasy or science fiction. You won't enjoy them if you sit around saying "that's ridiculous, there's no such thing as magic."

Yes, it is, I´m 29 and I had read many diferent types of book and authors and the Harry Potter are one of the best ones. Hardly I can think as Harry Potter´s books like a “children book”

Harry Potter is a fantastic story about the everlasting battle between good and evil. The first book came out, I believe, when I was in the second grade, and my mother read them to me until I could do it on my own. They are my favorite book series and I believe people of all ages can enjoy them and be temporarily taken into another world.

I am 26 Years old and I have read all of the Harry Potter books at least twice. I find them to be well written and fascinating. Honestly I would recommend them to anyone who enjoys fiction.

This would depend on what type of books you like, but I would recommend Harry Potter.
The books are fun to read, and for an adult they are a very quick read. They also provide enough mystery and subtle adult ideas to keep any adult entertained.

Harry Potter is a great book that I highly recomend, but if you are christian then that might change things since they are all Anti-harry Potter, which i think is really stupid BECAUSE IT IS JUST A BOOK! ahem.

I am 36, my husband 38. We have read all the books. I got my sister to read them, she is in her 50's. Now my mom is reading them and she is in her 70's. My sister's neighbor is reading them also, and she is in her 90's.
They are great books.

I'd say yes. They're quick reads and JK Rowling is a joy to read.
