I love writing, and recently finished writing my first novel. I'm only 13, and I'm aware that my writing is pretty amateur, and after reading some samples; I have a lot of editing ahead of me.

Anyway, at the current moment, I don't have the will to continue editing and writing it. So I've decided to start a new project. I'm quite bored of writing that story (Two years) and I think a new project will help with the writers block I'm having.

The plot is something like this:

*Aubrey Lynn Cooper (Protagonist) is plagued by awful dreams. These dreams usually involve otherworldly creatures, hidden messages and fire... lots of fire. What she doesn't know is that these dreams are actually warnings of the upcoming future. They're premonitions.

*Damien Sawyer (Male Protagonist) is Aubrey's best friend. He helps her through the horrid nightmares, and is her shoulder to lean on. That is until, Damien's foster parent's no longer want him. Aubrey and Damien are forced to separate and bid their goodbyes.

*Seven years later, Aubrey is a senior in high school and the nightmares are getting worse. She's actually starting to sleep walk. Aubrey tries her best to block out these dreams but when she has a bloody nightmare of her friend being raped, and killed, Aubrey can't ignore them anymore. Realizing that these dreams aren't going away, she decides to leave.

*Aubrey moves to Salem, Maine with her Aunt Lisa, trying to get her life back in order. The nightmares are absent for the first couple of days. Until she has another one of her mother being murdered... except this one is different... Her mother is killed by a vampire.

*After her mother's death, and the awful grief Aubrey can only watch the people around her slowly die. She doesn't fit in, and everyone hates her in Salem. She doesn't understand why everyone gives her weird looks and always avoids her...

*One day after coming back from school, Aubrey finds her Aunt's house empty. Soon she discovers that she's being held captive, and is being tortured. Why? Aubrey has no idea.

*That night she has another nightmare, but this doesn't involve murders or death. It's a dream of a castle, of vampires and angels. And emerald eyes... Damien's to be exact.

*Aubrey is feeling paranoid... Someone is watching her. She tries to uncover why someone would hold her Aunt captive, and where her Aunt is. She's determined to save her unlike the countless other's that have died. Could it be that the same person who killed Aubrey's mother, Classmate are the same?

*While looking for clues, Aubrey is captured and rendered unconscious. When she wakes up, she's inside the 'Castle' from her dreams. Except this isn't a castle... It's Nightcrest Academy. This academy beholds Vampires, Werewolves and other creatures. Aubrey isn't as shocked as people would have expected, but is surprised nonetheless.

*Among those creatures, is Damien. He is a vampire.

*Aubrey finds out she's being hunted by Rogues. Rogues are a group of supernaturals who have killed other supernaturals, humans or have been killed by a rogue. They change into completely blood thirsty creatures who will stop at nothing to get blood and dominate the human race.

*Aubrey one of a kind. Her father, a vampire, was gifted with the blessing of fire. There are only few fire wielding vampires left. Of course, not only can she wield fire, but she was also blessed with physic abilities. The gift of fire is the only gift that can kill another supernatural. And with Aubrey's power, it can be disastrous.

*The Rogues want that power, they want Aubrey for themselves. Aubrey now must train at NightCrest and save her aunt from death, while trying to fight this attraction to Damien.

Secrets about how her mother died, her father and Aunt are revealed through this journey. :) So far, this is all I got.

Any idea's for a title? Maybe plot help?

Hun, the story is more important than the title.

Can I suggest something?

Start writing now. You seem excited about this story, and seem to have the skeleton of a plot outline, so start line.

Eventually, and I hate to say this, you WILL get writer's block. When that happens, THEN take the time to think of a story title. And while you're at it, create a makeshift book cover for the story you're writing. For me, this helps my writer's block.

And, even if you do find a title you love for your story, if you get it published the title will most likely be changed.

Stephenie Meyer picked "Forks" as the title for "Twilight" in her original manuscript.

So focus on what matters.

And, finally, if you really want a name, it will come to you. When you least expect it a title will just randomly jump into your head.

Don't settle for anything you don't love.

Here are some title ideas, from and inspired writing to another. Now, just for a little bit of fair warning, I'm not the best at summoning up some pretty good titles, so I'll try my best.

_Now I lay me down to sleep=I really do like this title, because everyone knows the little phrase from the bible, or whatever it may be from.

_Dare to dream=a little off, but as I ask, not the best at coming up with titles

_bottomless dreams=Ah, who knows?

_If dreams could kill=honestly, I'm just ranting right now

Honestly, I really do like the first one. If anyone ever sent me some of their writing by email, and I say that title, it would stand out first because it's a familiar phrase. Then I'd get the slight feeling that it's a little creepy to put that as a title of a book. Now I think it's fairly well, then again, I don't have an emotional feel for your story yet. Good luck writing, you should have an interesting time.
