Question:
Any good books to read?
anonymous

Basically any book that makes you want to keep reading (like cliff hangers at the end of each chapter). Preferably young adult chapter books. Any genre is okay as long as the book is interesting.

You MUST read the selection series by Keira Cass. The first two are already out. The One is coming out on May 6th and The Guard is coming out in Feb.

And Keep Holding On is an amazing book too. By the same author, you should read Something Like Fate, if you havent already. IT'S AMAZING.

The Great Tree of Avalon by TA Barron (it has a lot of neat magic stuff, and the main character is "a child of the dark prophecy", they also all live on a giant tree, which is pretty cool! Lots of action) =)

Inkheart by Cornelia Funke (about a girl whose dad can read characters OUT of books, it has a lot of action and is really unique!)

Wolf Brother by Michelle Paver (about a boy who befriends a wolf pup, they can communicate with their minds. Lots of action, the setting being mostly in a forest with ancient tribes, although the main character is a loner)

the Warriors series by Erin Hunter (it's about cats; it's extremely actiony!)

Watership Down by Richard Adams (through the perspective of rabbits; a classic and very unique, with lots of life and death situations. Admittedly it doesn't have a ton of cliff hangers though).

The Prophecy of the Stones, don't remember the author (I can't remember a lot about this one, I read it a long time ago, but I remember it being awesome! I remember it being about these girls that find stones that give them special powers)

The Wizard, the Witch and Two Girls From Jersey, by Lisa Papademetriou (Really unique, I read this a long time ago too though. I think it's about these girls that get sucked into a book that they're required to read for high school. It's really unique, and had a lot of funny stuff in it =))

I think you got some useful books up there and I wasn’t really surprised when the books stacked in your shelf are “web stuff.” Some books I would like to suggest, hmm? Right now I am reading “The Secret.” I think it’s kinda old, think it was released ’round 2006, but it does have some nice things going on

A book is a set of written, printed, illustrated, or blank sheets, made of ink,

paper, parchment, or other materials, usually fastened together to hinge at one side.

A single sheet within a book is called a leaf, and each side of a leaf is called a page.

A set of text-filled or illustrated pages produced in electronic format is known as an

electronic book, or e-book.

The obvious, Harry Potter, Hunger Games, Enders Game, are all brilliant books and I'd recommend them to everyone but one of my favourite authors has to be Gemmel!

David Gemmel is an amazing author and I think all of his books are worth reading but I'd definitely go for Legend as an introduction to his books.

Legend is such an easy read, you just get drawn in to that time and world and each character has his or her own story and journey. The description makes you feel as if your seeing it for yourself and the battles are amazing!!!!

I've read "Legend" at least 6 times and I never tire of it. Read it please, you won't regret it!!!!
