I remembered that I had it in my backpack this morning. Then, I got to school and took it out...and then after a few hours..I realized that it's gone! I checked in my desk, it's not there. I checked in my bag, it's not there. I checked right away when I got home, it's not there!!! What should I do? I've never lost a book before..so it's kinda scary for me XD Help? Is the school library going to get angry?

No, the school library will not be angry at all. Why ? Because you will simply pay the fine for that book. The amount you pay will simply depend on how much the library paid for that book when they purchased it.

Usually, small paperback books are from like $10 to $20,but the hardcover ones are a bit more expensive.

Anyways, if you think you lost your book, check your school's office or classrooms where you might have left it. Also check the library, usually teachers or students will simply return the lost book to the library if they find it.

Oh yeah, also lets say you pay for the book and than you find the book in like a month or so, than the school will usually give you your money back and take that book.

Hope it helps

Keep looking for it and let your parents know about it (if you live at home with your parents). Then go to the library and let them know you mislaid the book. They won't be angry. If it doesn't turn up they will probably charge you for the book. Someone may have picked the book up and turned it in. Try not to stress to bad over this.

You might have to pay for it... but I'm not certain I never lost a book from the school library before.

They won't get angry. They may make you pay a fine, most likely the price of the book and a little bit extra. You won't get in trouble for it, you will just have to pay for it.
