What edition of the book are you using? The lines may vary based on the publication.
You could try this: http://books.google.com/books?id=PT4OAAAAIAAJ&pg=PA63&dq=othello+220&ei=_NKNS4bOKovKzgTvjZT9BA&cd=1#v=onepage&q=othello%20220&f=false
But it's older and may not match up with the text you are using. Are these lines prominent ones in the play? A speech or monologue? If so, it should be easy to search it by its "title" or what it is known as. Or if the first line is provided by your instructor (as is common), you can search for that line in any edition to find the section.

In what act and scene? I have two different editions, Yale and Penguin, and the line numbers start over with each new scene.
You'll have to give us at least the first line.

This version doesn't have line numbers, but it's still a great resource.
