I think It will be Hagrid and Voldermort. I don't think it will be Harry because I heard that the last line in the book is " Harry, where's your scar?"
If he was dead then I don't see a need for anyone to ask him that. I heard that the editor cried when he read it. some think this means that someone really important is going to die. I think Hagrid is important enough to have a tearful moment for nut not too important to have fans really pissed about it.

Well Voldemort and/or Harry have to die. Not only because of the prophesy but also because the books would never end. Of course if the books never ended I would be so happy I could hardly contain myself. but I have always understood that book seven is the end and I must accept that. I don't think it would make much since for them both to die so I think Voldemort and then either Hagrid or Remus Lupin. There seems to be a theme lately of killing off Harry's mentors and parental figures.

Honestly, I don't think it will be Harry. Of course, Voldemort will die and the world will be sane again. However, I think someone close to Harry will die. As Rowling has already admitted, Ron and Hermione will finally get together in the last book, so I think it's only normal one will die. It will be the tragedic ending...Voldemort dies...either Ron or Hermione will die and everyone will be sad because they had just admitted there love for each other. Hmm...I don't know if I will put money on that, but definately Ron or Hermione will die.

I think Voldemort will definitely die. I also think a Weasley member might die, but I don't think it will be Ron. I don't think Harry or Hermione will die either. I think Draco will die and if he lives will become Harry's friend. I think Hagrid will die. Snape is a mystery even after he killed Dumbledore. He could have killed Dumbledore because he is evil or it could have been because Dumbledore ordered him to, like he ordered Harry to give him the potion when they were looking for the horcrux. Anyway, someone made the suggestion that Snape is evil and that he will survive this book giving headway to another Harry Potter book or series with Snape as the villain. Who knows? I predict that Snape will die trying to save Harry.
Honestly, I think no matter what we try to predict we will be surprised and awed as usual with J.K Rowling's decision on how to end the series.

It depends. Of the adults I have Hagrid pegged to die, thus removing Harry's last "mentor". I think Remus is the one who got the "reprieve" (per JKR); I don't think she wants to eliminate Harry's remaining connection to his parents.
Of the students Luna tops my personal Most Likely To Die list. She has been strongly associated with death since her introduction and I think it's for a reason. I've also read a case being made for Luna being already dead, a'la Bruce Willis in The Sixth Sense.

Voldemort, although it may be both him and Harry, JKR says this book is her favorite so whatever happens will make a fantastic book!
