A Great and Terrible Beauty, Rebel Angels, A Sweet Far Thing by Libba Bray ----- this trilogy is similarly written to twilight, with a beautiful love story mixed with fantasy and soooo worth the read.

The Cry of the Icemark, Blade of Fire, The Last Battle of the Icemark by Stuart Hill --- more action and adventure but still love and friendship and trust and really good books

Try The Summoning...its kind of like twilight.

or A Great and Terrible Beauty!!! It's filled with romance and adventure

or Blood and Chocolate...it's a guaranteed love.

The Shamer series (Shamer's Daughter, Shamer's Signet, Serpent Gift, Shamer's War --- in that order i think) by Lene Kaaberbol --- great books a similar to Stephenie's writing style, but more magicky ---- really good books though

Stephenie Meyer also wrote the Host, and that's pretty good.

here are some other great fantasy books:

Vampire diaries

Blood and chocolate (werewolves)

The Silver Kiss (vamps)

Wicked Lovely (romance with girl who can see faeries-NOT the cute little ones) and...

Ink exchange

Tithe (also with faeries)

A certain slant of light (romance with ghosts)

Bitten (werewovles)

Touch the Dark (basically everything)

Blue Bloods

"Dangerous girls" that book made me want to turn into a vampire myself, from all the romance and adventure!

A vampire teen romance series

Marked

Betrayed

Chosen

Trust me, these are great. You could also try Noughts and Crosses by Malorie Blackman. It hasn't got any vamps or anything, but it's a great romance.

If you don't want to try any of those, check this site, and hopefully you'll find what you're looking for: http://www.vampirelibrary.com/

Read the Helling manga, its about bad-*** vampires.

The vampire diaries are good, but the first season of the show was actually a bit better. The southern vampire mysteries are good, the one True Blood is based on, but the books are alot different and better in some ways imo. House of night is boring as hell dont read it.

You'd probably like House of Night then, the first book is the Summoning. Try Evermore by Allison Noel too.

the Morrigans Cross trilogy by Nora Roberts. Only a thousand times better than the Twilight series! I read Twilight and enjoyed them, but to me it was slightly juvenile. This is a great read!!!
