I know that must be Jamie that Claire is seeing outside her bedroom window in the first book. I realized only after she time traveled back and describes meeting Jamie that it must be him..........only problem is I'm on a Breath of Snow and Ashes and cannot find mention for his appearance......perhaps I missed it somewhere.

Can someone please explain??
Thanks!

We are talking about the ghost, right? Frank saw him on the road outside the B&B, looking up at Claire brushing her hair. I don't know that it was ever indicated that Claire links Jamie with this in the books, but Frank does say he has a sense of this Jamie, like he's seen him before (Drums of Autumn--the letter at the end). We have yet to see that scene from Jamie's perspective; the author has stated that yes, the ghost IS Jamie.

There was a scene in Breath... however, where Jamie says he's seen Claire in her time in a dream, sitting at a desk, maybe writing (or brushing her hair, perhaps?), in what he realizes must be electric light. He thinks it means that she will go back again, and she thinks something about how Celtic of him, to accept seeing the future in dreams as well as the past or imaginary places. I forget where exactly that is in the book.

I understand what you recommend approximately being anal approximately examining books you won't like. I examine way too many comments of books earlier I commit to examining. What did I do earlier Amazon? :) yet, i does no longer call the comments of An Echo interior the Bone disastrous; on Amazon there are 234 5 famous guy or woman scores and fifty 9 one famous guy or woman scores. The overwhelming majority are 3 stars and up. I easily have examine each and all of the Books ;) , I nonetheless love Outlander the suitable, yet Voyager, (e book 3) is a different 2d. i admire all of them. i do no longer discover them self-indulgent. Diana Gabaldon is a descriptive author, yet having examine Outlander you realize that. yet they are additionally action packed, so i hit upon myself racing interior the direction of the descriptions to get to the effect, and then I re-examine and hit upon the e book in a very new way. examining is such an own determination, what one likes yet another would not. (i think of a few are prejudiced against the Outlander sequence because of the fact they are categorized as variety fiction, (variously, romance, sci-fi, or delusion), as antagonistic to literary fiction.) i think of that in case you so love Outlander, you will desire to decide for the full sequence.
