Anyone know of any GOOD writing websites?

Question

I would really like to get into writing again so I would like to find a website that allows me to read/review others' work and vice versa, as well as have writing resources. I want it to be a website that gets a pretty fair to high amount of traffic and I don't want it to be littered with ads. I also would like it to be easy to use and not have a ridiculous limit on uploading stories/poems/etc (like 5 or 6; something that has a high limit or none at all). I am already on deviantART but it isn't much of a writing website. I want to find a website focused mainly on writing. Thanks much!
