I wouldn't say it is worth a lot.
He's alive and not much of a ****, meaning that he has been an institution at science fiction conventions for years and doesn't mind signing books for people.
If it's his signature, your book is worth at least ten bucks including shipping.

You should take the autographs to Gold and Silver Pawn and see if the Pawn Stars will buy them off you. Maybe you'll get to see Chumlee.
