Question:
Where can I sell a book signed by the author?

I have a copy of John Ashbery's book Chinese Whispers and a copy of Drawing a Blank by Daniel Ehrenhaft both signed by the author. I'd like to sell these books but I'm not sure where to find out how the signature would change pricing (I'd hope they'd be worth more now!). I also haven't found a selling site to indicate the presence of a signature. I checked ebay, amazon.com and half.com and did not see any place to indicate that the books I wanted to sell were signed. Any suggestions?

To my understanding...in the item description, you can add all the info about them being autographed copies and what condition they are in....I have not used ebay, but my ex bf use to all the time. Also, You can try your local paper as well...in an ad. If you don't get what you think they are worth...don't sell them...they will be worth more later anyway. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

At Book Fairs or anywhere that people gather. Or put them on www.ABEBOOKS.com. They are both worth less than $10..

If you list on ebay, etc you'd have to put that in the description...usually people put that *first*.

Example:

SIGNED COPY of John Ashby's.....
