Okay, here's the scenario...
I have 10 books entitled "harry potter",
do these 10 books have the same ISBN?

Sorry if it's a stupid question, but I need to know. :) Thanks

No, different editions, book types (hardback, paperback, ebook), and languages, all have different isbn's.

It depends on the format.

If the Harry Potter books are all the same format (i.e. all trade paperback), then yes. If one is a hardback and one is a paperback, they will have a different ISBN

If they are the same Harry Potter book, then yes.

some bookstores have a "gadget" that prints and binds a e book for you. different than which you would be able to seem up a "Self writer." or possibly a severe end printing business enterprise which could try this for you.
